ORDERING
Please order only if you are 100% sure.
All orders are first come, first served unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required to confirm an order unless otherwise stated.
Once payment is made, orders are considered final and confirmed.
Please ensure all details submitted are correct. No changes will be allowed after submission unless agreed.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if instructions are not followed or if communication issues arise.
PREORDER (PO) / GROUP ORDER (GO)
Estimated waiting time is usually 2–4 weeks unless stated otherwise.
Waiting time may extend up to 1.5 months or longer depending on production and shipping.
Delays due to suppliers, customs, or logistics are not within my control.
Updates will be provided only when confirmed information is available or when stock arrives.
If an item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Waiting time may extend up to 1.5 months. If still unavailable after that, refund will be processed. Please only order if you are comfortable with waiting.
Urgent refund requests may incur a $5 admin / processing fee.
PAYMENT
Prices stated are in SGD and are final unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required before orders are placed.
Unpaid orders may be cancelled without notice.
Payment details (e.g. cash deposit) will be provided after confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery (COD), please prepare the exact amount.
CANCELLATION / BACKOUT
Strictly no cancellations after order submission or payment.
Backouts after confirmation may incur up to 70% cancellation fee.
Any supplier/proxy fees or costs already incurred will be deducted accordingly.
All outstanding payments must be settled before collection or future transactions.
NO RESPONSE / MIA
No response for more than 5 days may result in cancellation of order.
Items may be released to the next buyer if payment or response is not received.
Repeated MIA cases may result in refusal of future orders.
Please inform in advance if you require additional time.
COLLECTION / MEETUPS
Buyers will be notified via Email or DM once items have arrived.
Items must be collected within 10 days unless otherwise arranged.
Meetups / Self Pick-up
Please be punctual for all meetup arrangements. A grace period of 15 minutes is given from the agreed meetup time.
If there is no response or arrival after 15 minutes, the order will be automatically converted to postage at buyer’s cost.
I may be handling multiple buyers and scheduled meetups, so timely attendance is important to ensure smooth collection for everyone.
Last-minute cancellations, excessive lateness, or no-shows may incur transport or administrative charges.
Please ensure you are ready before confirming a meetup time, and kindly update me in advance if there are any delays.
Please bring your own bag for collection.
Meetup availability may vary weekly; kindly DM to confirm timing before arranging.
Tracked Mailed / Courier
Small items will be sent via tracked mail (letterbox delivery).
Larger items may be sent via courier (doorstep delivery).
Delivery time depends on SingPost/courier services once dispatched.
I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit, but assistance will be provided where possible.
Late Collection
Items not collected within the stated deadline and without response may be considered abandoned.
A reminder will be sent once. If there is no response within 5 days after the reminder, the items may be confiscated and/or forfeited.
After forfeiture, items may be resold without refund.
A storage/retrieval fee of $5 + $1 per item per day (up to 5 days) may apply.
Continued non-response or repeated cases may result in refusal of future transactions.
RISK & LIABILITY
I am not responsible for minor defects such as scratches, dents, packaging flaws, or manufacturer imperfections.
I am not responsible for wrong items sent by suppliers or proxy sites.
All purchases are made at the buyer’s own risk.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Strictly no refunds / exchanges for change of mind.
Refunds only for out of stock items or approved cases.
Refund processing time may take a few working days.
UPDATES / COMMUNICATION
Please refrain from repeatedly asking for updates.
All updates will be posted when confirmed information is available.
Buyers are encouraged to check order status updates in Telegram, 1st Pinned Chat.
GENERAL

If you change your username or contact handle, it is your responsibility to inform me.
