Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.
By submitting an order or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERING

• Please order only if you are 100% sure.

• Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis unless stated otherwise.

• Full payment is required to confirm an order unless otherwise stated.

• Once an order has been submitted or payment has been made, it is considered final. No cancellations, backouts, changes, switching of items, or combining of orders will be accepted. 

• Telegram Claims: Once you have claimed an item by commenting, your claim is final. No backouts or deleted claims are allowed. Any backout or deleted claim will result in an immediate blacklist. I will send at least one reminder (bump). If you choose to ignore my reminder without prior notice, you will be removed from my Telegram channel and blocked.

• Please ensure all information submitted is accurate. Changes after submission are subject to approval.

• I reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if instructions are not followed or communication issues arise.

PREORDER (PO) / GROUP ORDER (GO)

• Urgent refund requests may incur a $5 per item for admin / processing fee.

• If no further updates or announcements are received within 1 month from the preorder date, a full refund will be processed. Any cancellation or refund request made before the 1 month waiting period ends will be treated as a backout (BO), and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. 

• Estimated waiting time is 2–4 weeks, but may take up to 1.5 months or longer depending on production, supplier, customs, or shipping delays.

• Delays due to suppliers, customs, or logistics are not within my control.

• Updates will only be provided when confirmed information is available or when stock arrives.

• If an item is confirmed to be out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

• Please order only if you are comfortable with the waiting time.

OFFLINE PROXY PURCHASES

• For offline purchases, I will source through trusted proxy buyers whenever possible.

• However, all offline proxy purchases are made at the buyer's own risk. I will not be held responsible for scams, fraud, missing items, or issues caused by the proxy after payment has been made.

• I will provide assistance where possible, but compensation or refunds cannot be guaranteed unless the proxy refunds me.

PAYMENT

• All prices are stated in SGD unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment must be made before orders are placed.

• Unpaid orders may be cancelled without prior notice.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD), please prepare the exact amount.

CANCELLATION / BACKOUT

• Strictly NO cancellations or backouts once an order has been submitted or payment has been made.

• If I agree to an exception, only 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation/admin fee.

• Any supplier, proxy, bank, transaction, or processing fees already incurred will also be deducted where applicable.

• Outstanding balances must be settled before future transactions.

• Buyers with repeated cancellations or backouts may be blacklisted from future orders.

NO RESPONSE / MIA 

• Buyers who do not respond within 5 days may have their orders cancelled.

• Items may be released to the next buyer if payment or response is not received.

• Repeated MIA cases may result in refusal of future transactions.

• Please inform me in advance if you require additional time.

COLLECTION / MEETUPS 

• Buyers will be notified via DM or Email once items have arrived.

• Items must be collected within 10 days unless otherwise agreed.

Meetups / Self Pick-up

• Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is given.

• If there is no response or arrival after 15 minutes, the order will automatically be converted to postage at buyer's expense.

• Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or excessive lateness may incur transport or administrative charges.

• Please bring your own carrier bag.

• Meetup availability varies weekly. Kindly DM before arranging collection.

Tracked Mailed / Courier

• Small parcels will be sent via tracked mail (letterbox delivery).

• Larger parcels will be sent via courier (doorstep delivery).

• Once dispatched, delivery times depend on SingPost or the courier.

• I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit, although I will assist where possible.

Late Collection

• Items not collected within the collection period and without prior notice may be considered abandoned.

• One reminder will be sent.

• If there is still no response after 5 days, the items may be forfeited and resold without refund.

• A retrieval fee of $5, plus $1 per item per day (up to 5 days), may apply before collection.

• Repeated cases may result in refusal of future transactions.

RISK & LIABILITY

• I am not responsible for manufacturer defects, minor scratches, dents, packaging imperfections, or production flaws.

• I am not responsible for supplier errors or incorrect items sent by manufacturers or proxy services.

• All purchases are made at the buyer's own risk.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGES 

• Strictly no refunds or exchanges due to change of mind.

• Refunds are only provided for out-of-stock items or approved exceptional cases.

• Refund processing may take several working days.

UPDATES / COMMUNICATION

• Please refrain from repeatedly asking for updates.

• Updates will only be posted when confirmed information is available.

• Buyers are encouraged to check the Telegram Order Status / Pinned Message for the latest updates.

GENERAL

• Please be respectful and responsive throughout the transaction.

• No trades or negotiations unless stated otherwise.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to inform me of any username or contact changes.

• Terms & Conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice.
