Pilgrimage 2017: Liberation and Vocation in El Salvador

This website will be updated continually between now and July to help you keep track of documents, forms, and other information necessary for a successful Pilgrimage.

To-Do List as of 6/27

  1. Complete a "Certificate of Consent." The process includes the signing of all minor's legal guardians in the presence of a notary. This particular form is to provide evidence while aboard that we are not trafficking minors. Each minor must have TWO copies completed and notarized. One to be kept with your passport and the other to be given to staff. For a copy of this form, click here.
  2. Pay remaining balance by July 7 OR contact J.D. if an alternative payment plan is needed.
  3. Add Commissioning in Worship, July 9 at 11am, to your calendars.
  4. Review all CGEE documents, click here.
  5. Review all required reading, click here.
  6. Add our Pilgrimage Reunion to your calendar: Sunday July 23rd at 5pm at Pastor Stephanie's home - 3535 14th Ave South in Minneapolis.

Overdue Items

  1. Send JD/Stephanie a picture of your passport ID page
  2. CGEE Registration, March 31. Click here for instructions.
  3. $500 Payment, March 6
  4. Review ECLC Pilgrimage 2017 booklet, click here. (Please note that the calendar on pg. 10 of the booklet is currently out of date)
  5. Complete the ECLC scholarship application if financial assistance is needed. Click here, complete by April 9.
