STEP ONE: CREATE PASSWORD AND PROFILE

• Please visit the log-in page for our Global Gateway.
• Choose the third option "I’m new! I need to create an account."
• Follow steps to generate a temporary password, which will be delivered to your email.
  • Select "I am not currently registered at a U.S. institution.
  • Use full legal name.
• When you receive the email with the temporary password, follow the link in the email for Non- Augsburg Users to be taken back to the Global Gateway. (Do NOT select the link for Augsburg students.)
• When prompted, select "I received an email with a username and password – OR – I am a returning user."
• Use your temporary password to set a permanent password.
• You will move through a series of basic questions to complete your profile.
  • No need to provide "address abroad."

STEP TWO: REGISTER FOR YOUR PROGRAM

• Follow this link to your program.
• Click Apply Now, and complete the items of the registration process. You need to be logged in to start the application. The items of the registration process are listed in the center of the page. There are tabs for questionnaires (general questions, medical form, passport information, and emergency contacts) and signature documents (liability waiver, minor consent form, acknowledgement of cancellation policy, U.S. Department of State Country Information, etc). Click “submit” after you complete each item. A check mark in front of an item indicates that it has been successfully submitted.
