Board Members

2025/2026 President: Toni Timmerman

Hi, my name is Toni Timmerman and I am the current Echo Park PTO President. I started my involvement with PTO by attending occasional meetings and eventually joined the board as the Secretary. This is now my forth year on the board. I love Echo Park and have had the pleasure of chairing or co-chairing Color Run, Carnival, Grade Level Family Nights (Pink Cow), Local Fundraiser Nights, as well as being a part of many other events and school activities.

I have lived my whole life in Minnesota, except for the 4 school years I spent in Wisconsin attending college. My husband, Robert, and I have lived in Burnsville since 2011. We have two sons; Samuel, who is a 7th grader at Valley Middle School and Theodore (Teddy), who is a 5th grader at Echo Park. In my free time, I enjoy spending time at our cabin, traveling, crafting, reading, going to Twins games, and spending time with family and friends. I work for the Minnesota Department of Revenue supervising business system and project staff. I love being creative and teaching others!

2025/2026 Vice President: Sarah Najafalipour

Hi there! My name is Sarah Najafalipour and I am the current Echo Park PTO Vice President. This is my first year on the EP PTO as we are a new Echo Park family. However, I was heavily involved in our previous school’s PTO and have lots of experience with chairing various PTO activities and committees. I have been enjoying getting to know the Echo Park school, families, and staff.

My husband, Andrew, and I have lived in Burnsville for about 15 years. We have two children. My son, Kian, is a 6th grader at Valley Middle School, and my daughter, Lily, is a 2nd grader at Echo Park. In my free time, I love reading, crafting (crochet, cross-stitch, painting, etc.), and event planning. We are a HUGE board game family and are often set up at our gaming table playing a strategy board game. 

2025/2026 Treasurer: Pamela Nelson

My name is Pamela Nelson and I am the current Echo Park Treasurer. The 25-26 school year is my second year as Treasurer; previously I attended regular monthly PTO meetings. I enjoy volunteering at and participating in the Basket Raffle each Fall and will continue working on this yearly event. I have 3 children; a 4th and 2nd grader and a 3 year old. I currently work part-time with a residential drafting company and I am also a stay-at-home mom. Prior to our third child I held various positions in the accounting field. In my free time I love flower gardening, biking and hiking with my family, playing games, traveling, and cooking. 

2025/2026 Secretary: Gretchen Olive

This is Gretchen's third year on the Board.  She lives in Burnsville with her husband, Hugh, and two boys, Fitz (7th at Valley Middle) and George (5th at Echo Park) Enyart.  She has worked at HealthPartners for the past 16 years in their IT Dept as an Inpatient Epic Analyst.  She loves to travel, hikes at Lebanon with the boys, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

2025/2026 Community Engagement Officer: Robyn Gaylord

This is Robyn's first year serving on the Board. She has one student in 1st Grade at Echo Park, Tim, and a future Penguin, Michael, who attends 3s PreK at Dakota Valley Learning Center in the District. Her husband, Sam, currently works at Oak Ridge Elementary in Eagan.  Her parents instilled in her, and her siblings, how important it is to give back and be involved in your community. She has served in many volunteer leadership roles in her past, and is excited to be a member of this PTO. In her free time she loves to read, craft, play games, and grow flowers outdoors.
