Learning, teaching and training activities are the corner’s stone of the project "Early Child Abuse Response Enabling" (eCARE). Violence in schools happens regularly, and, though pupils are the first group impacted and affected by the problem, their perspective are rarely present or considered in current schools’ programmes that are currently tackling safe environment. eCARE correct this gap by involving the pupils in learning/training activities at the very early stage of the project design setting and implementation.
The training activities are designed upon the key findings unveiled by the survey, and the good practices comparative study and examination (see WP2) completed by the consortium at the early stage of the project, and that are identified and described in an Executive Summary.
The project is organized in a structured work plan and generates two specific Intellectual Outputs (IO):
The project development starts with Work Package n.º 2 (WP2), in the period May-September 2016), which aim at achieving a solid learner's need analysis, based on a comprehensive survey (560 individuals in total), and supported by an inclusive context examination (general framework at local and regional levels), thus preparing ground for the implementation of the pilot training testing phase (WP4/WP5).
Then, a set of learning activities are developed within WP4 "pilot training" (starting in October 2016), namely learning mobilities in Italy (C1), Bulgaria (C2) and Romania (C3), and pilot testing training at local level (each project partner). All these activities are supported by the provision of Learning Outcomes (modules) generated by each partner according to a distribution corresponding to partners' competences and experiences. In parallel, WP5 "EU competences framework" is embedded in the learning activities with the provision of EUROPASS and ECVET-based tools such as the EUROPASS Mobility Certificate and the ECVET-based framework of competences encompassing knowledge, skills and attitude.
All project's activities are supervised by the WP3 "Monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance" which aim is to ensure the project's alignment and provide a comprehensive feedback from the project's participants (consortium, partners and learners).
WP6 "Exploitation of Results" activities materializes the project's Sustainability Plan. This group of activities aim at organizing the project's results and activities for further actions namely: transferability to new users in different fields of activities or sectors, and active communication with potential end users, as well as stakeholders at National and EU level.
Finally, WP7 "Dissemination and project visibility" aim at ensuring the project's visibility according to targeted audiences and event/activities typologies. Essentially, WP7 is developed with tangible events and activities (meetings, seminars and conferences, learning activities, etc.) and digital activities (web presence).
The project work plan is result-oriented and connect specific groups of activities aiming at generating the anticipated results:

The committee is created after the completion of the project (beyond 30.12.2017), within IT-Up structured platform, and it is programmed for a minimum of three years lifetime, in order to continuously analyse the evolution of the project's context and provide recommendations to targeted stakeholders (policy and decision-makers). For that matter key staffs of the current consortium is appointed to facilitate the forum every three or four months, and contribute to provide a contextualization of the outcomes in the European arena, considering policy analysis reviews, innovation in methodologies of learning practices, good practices in the applicable fields, etc. In that way, the committee will be able to provide recommendations and guidelines once a year to the present project network of stakeholders and all involved organisations as well.
