In addition to player characters, there are NPCs who reside in Marble Port. They run businesses and essentials that might not be filled by PCs, and are often the ones leading or supporting events.
Players are allowed to make NPCs, but they are not allowed to be played on their own and are mostly relegated to background.

Rhoeas made it their life's work to study Koikeanós in dedication of their grandmother's recollection of her former home. They're excitable and curious, eager to learn just about anything to the point of bouncing off the walls and invading personal space. Driven by their passion, Rhoeas is willing to brave just about anything if their interest is piqued.
