Visa Information

Participants who require a visa to enter Japan are strongly advised to begin their visa application process well in advance.

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will provide visa support documents such as an invitation letter upon request.

However, please note that the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee that a visa will be granted, as the final decision rests solely with the relevant Japanese embassy or consulate.

The LOC is unable to contact embassies or consulates on behalf of individual participants.

Visa Support Deadline

Requests for visa support documents must be submitted by:

May 1st, 2026

Late requests may not be accommodated.

Important Notice (for Chinese Participants)

关于办理日本签证所需的材料，请提供以下个人信息：

1. 出生日期：请按照护照上的公历（西历）填写。

2. 年龄：请填写当前的实际年龄（周岁），而非虚岁。

由于签证申请材料必须与护照信息保持一致，请勿填写农历日期或虚岁年龄。
