17th EAST ASIAN VLBI WORKSHOP

EAVW2026 will be held in hybrid format, with both on-site and online participation available.

Participation in EAVW2026 is free of charge for all participants.

A separate banquet fee may be charged only to on-site participants who wish to attend the banquet. The amount will be announced later and collected at the registration desk on site.

Due to venue capacity limitations, the number of on-site participants may be limited to 100.
Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and may close early once the maximum capacity is reached.

Cancellation Policy

There is no registration fee for participation in EAVW2026.

A separate banquet fee may be charged to on-site participants who wish to attend the banquet.  The amount, payment method, and cancellation policy for the banquet will be announced later.

If you need to cancel your participation, please notify the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) as soon as possible by email at eavw2026@edu.fukui-ut.ac.jp.

To help us finalize financial and logistical arrangements, cancellation requests should be submitted by July 1, 2026.

If the workshop is cancelled by the organizers, further information will be provided separately.
