Classmates,

Regrettably I will not be able to join the 75th birthday celebration in September. 

I wish everyone well and happy birthday. 

I am fine, but my wife needs double knee replacement surgery that will require me to be primary caregiver/aide during recovery which will preclude my overnight travel. 

Best wishes to everyone and enjoy the milestone birthday event.
