Author Instructions Quick Summary

• Submission Portal: Submit your paper via Meteor: https://meteor.springer.com/EASi2026

• Papers format: 

  • Papers should not exceed 20 pages (plus at most 2 extra page for references)

• Papers must be written in English.

• Only papers submitted in PDF format will undergo the review process

• Papers are Double Blind reviewed: Authors are responsible for anonymizing their submissions: no author names or affiliations should be included in the submitted manuscripts, and authors should avoid providing any other identifying information. Violations of the above paper specifications may result in the rejection of the paper.

PUBLICATIONS

Upon acceptance, articles will be published in the Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series by Springer.

PRESENTATION TYPES

Due to time constraints resulting from the joint organization of the workshops, only a subset of accepted papers will be selected for oral presentation. The remaining contributions will be presented as posters or short pitch presentations.

The presentation format will not affect the inclusion of accepted papers in the workshop proceedings published by Springer.
