The following dates apply for both EASi and EXPLIMED, and they are Anywhere on Earth (AoE):
Submission deadline: May 8, 2026 May 15, 2026 (extended to June 1 for papers related to the EASi AI Competition)
Notification of acceptance: June 8, 2026
Camera-ready submission: To be announced
The workshop will be held in person. Each accepted paper will be assigned either an oral or a poster presentation. In case of a high number of submissions, some papers may be allocated as posters instead of oral presentations.
