Virtual Birth Support Pricing: $900

I will work with parents providing the information and resources needed to empower them for this special moment. We will complete a birth plan and discuss all the important decisions for this day. I will be available by video or phone on the day of birth. I will not attend the birth physically but will still provide emotional support and pain management techniques to assist with labor. We will work together to have your desired birth. ***Can provide virtual support for c-sections***

Tools Needed: Tablet, phone, WiFi, earphones wired and wireless, Zoom, Google Hangouts

Preparation: 2 Virtual meetings to discuss: breathing techniques, massage techniques, labor positions, back pain techniques, pushing positions, birth bag essentials, create a birth vision, tips for partners

Labor: Continuous and/or periodic support

Postpartum: 6 weeks of support video/call/text (in person packages available)
