Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) opens on October 1st! This determines your family’s monetary ability to contribute to college expenses. Most colleges require students to complete this, whether they use loans/grants or not. Colleges and some NC scholarships use FAFSA information to determine financial aid eligibility. Parent tax information is required to complete. You can save your work and come back to it as needed.
