Meetings and Committees

You do not need to "join" PTO - all parents/guardians of Earl Elementary students are already part of our organization. We hope you can join us at our next meeting!

Board Officer Nominations Now Open

Dear Earl Elementary Families,

Our Earl PTO board is seeking two new officers for the 2026-2027 school year! The Vice-President and Secretary positions need to be filled. Most of our current officers have students in grades 4 and 5. In order for continued PTO support for our Earl students and staff, essential leadership functions will need to be carried on by the parents of our younger Earl students! Please submit the following form if you are interested in serving in one of these roles:

JUNIOR CO-PRESIDENT (VICE-PRESIDENT):

Assists the President, oversees chairpersons and interacts with school personnel. Shall perform any duties in the president's absence. VP is expected to learn from the President and will take over as President the following year. This is a two-year term. This person will serve as Vice President for the 2026-2027 school year and as the President for the 2027-2028 school year.

SECRETARY:

Record the minutes of all meetings of the organization and of the executive board; if the agenda is digital, minutes will be added directly to the agenda. Maintain and facilitate updated communications including PTO website and Facebook group. Perform any other duties assigned by the executive board. Maintain the bylaws to the co-presidents and the executive board.

Our May meeting is being rescheduled. Stay tuned for the new date & time.

All in person meetings during the school year will begin at 6:30 pm and Zoom virtual meetings will begin at 7:00 pm. Nights of the week will vary to try to accommodate as many schedules as possible. Dates are subject to change.

We invite you to join any of the following event committee meetings as we plan fun activities for Earl Elementary students! Join one, join all - any time you can contribute is most appreciated.
