Meetings and Committees

You do not need to "join" PTO - all parents/guardians of Earl Elementary students are already part of our organization. We hope you can join us at our next meeting!

General Meetings

2026 Meeting Dates

Monday, January 12 - In person at Earl (?) 6:30 pm

Wednesday, February 11 - Virtual 7:00 pm

Tuesday, March 10 - In person at Earl 6:30 pm

Monday, April 13 (Virtual) - 7 pm

Tuesday, May 12 - In person at Earl 6:30 pm

All in person meetings during the school year will begin at 6:30 pm and Zoom virtual meetings will begin at 7:00 pm. Nights of the week will vary to try to accommodate as many schedules as possible. Dates are subject to change.

Event Committees

We invite you to join any of the following event committee meetings as we plan fun activities for Earl Elementary students! Join one, join all - any time you can contribute is most appreciated.

Committee leads are listed below and will contact those interested if they host separate meeting dates and times to plan events.
