Session Room
All the sessions will be held in the Cultural Exchange Hall on the 1st floor of the University Media Center (University Library) located at the center of the campus.
Restaurant for lunch and coffee break
Lunch and drinks with snacks will be provided in the restaurant Nonohana House on the 1st floor of the University Media Center.
Registration Desk
Three-day registration can be made on the 1st floor of the University Media Center from 08:30 to 12:00 on November 26 and one-day registration from 08:30 to 12:00 during the Workshop.
Find any Staff to help you register other than that time.
Computers and Wireless Access
The Wi-Fi hotspot at Cultural Exchange Hall will be available. Each participant will be provided with her/his personal account and a common password.
The Cultural Exchange Hall is equipped with the presenter’s PC which has internet access.
Eating, Drinking, and Smoking
Eating and drinking is prohibited in the Cultural Exchange Hall.
Smoking is basically prohibited inside any university buildings and in the public spaces of the whole campus except for the areas designated for smoking. Please see the map of the smoking areas.
Tea and Coffee
Tea, coffee, and snacks will be available during the morning (10:20-10:40) and afternoon breaks (16:20-16:40) in the restaurant Nonohana House.
Bottled water will be available all day within the Hall.
Lunch
We will provide lunch every day (November 26 to 28) at Nonohana House.
You can also have meals at Nonohana House which is open from 9:00 to 21:00 weekdays.
Special Diets
If you have informed the organizers of special dietary requests, please make yourself known to the serving staff for your special meal.
We appreciate your understanding if the dietary requests cannot be met.
Welcome party and Reception
Welcome buffet-style party will take place at Nonohana House from 19:00 on November 25 (1000 JPY per person, prepre-registration required).
Reception will be held at a restaurant Aji no daimaru downtown Osaka from 19:00 on November 27. We will take public transportation to get there. Please follow our staff (free of charge, pre-registration required).
Presentation and Discussion
One session is basically 1 hour 20 minutes long
Each presenter has 20 minutes which do not include questions.
When all the presentations are finished, there will be about 20 minutes left for questions and discussions.
