- Presentation on sustainable business of TOTO (60 mins; Japanese followed by English interpretation)

- Tour of TOTO Technical Centre (60mins; Japanese followed by English interpretation)

16:45 You are free outside the JR Shinjuku building (3 mins walk from JR Shinjuku station)
