Activity 1: All senses
What do you hear?
What do you see?
What do you feel?
What do you smell?
What do you taste?
These are things running through your mind every second. Write them down like the example below.
Example:
I hear my dog barking, my music, and my friend talking to me.
I see my computer, my friend's bedroom, and a colorful bed.
I feel the computer keys beneath my fingers, the carpet on my feet, and a cool wind blowing on my face.
I smell pizza, candles, and must.
I taste my saliva, an oat bar, and pizza.
Activity 2: Hearing
When someone talks that you cannot see, can you recognize their voice? For this activity, you need at least two other people.
Close your eyes. One person will talk.
Try to guess who that person is.
Activity 3: Sight
When you look around, what stands out? Let's see in this activity!
Look around you for something you didn't notice before.
Write it down.
Look for something that stands out to you.
Write it down.
Activity 4: Feeling
For this activity you need two things, both having different textures.
Close your eyes and feel the two objects.
Try to guess which is which.
Decide which one feels better.
See what it was.
Activity 5: Smell
This one requires a couple different smelling objects.
Close your eyes and smell the objects.
Guess which is which.
Mix them together and see how it smells.
Activity 6: Taste
In this activity, we will try to make odd foods.
Gather all your favorite foods.
Mix them all together.
Eat the creation.
Repeat with other foods to make more.
Share your foods with friends.
