Ongoing Classes

Update: Classes at Life Renewing Center are currently cancelled and will begin again in Late July/August.

Beginner level Eagle in the Nest is taught by certified instructor, Dan Peachey on Tuesdays, 7-9PM at Life Renewing Center in Pleasanton.

Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. No experience necessary.
