Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using Eagle Image Stacker, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's applicable App Store terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

App Description

Eagle Image Stacker is an iPhone app for astronomy image workflows, including camera capture, RAW import, RAW conversion, alignment, stacking, calibration, masking, ROI selection, analysis tools, and export.

Feature availability may depend on your iPhone model, iOS version, camera hardware, available storage, and selected files. RAW and Apple ProRAW capture depend on device camera capabilities.

License

Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Eagle Image Stacker on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store rules.

These terms apply in addition to Apple's standard App Store terms. Where Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies, it is available at:

Your Content

You are responsible for the photos, RAW files, calibration frames, masks, projects, and other content you import, capture, process, export, or share using the app.

You keep your rights to your content. The app does not claim ownership of your images or processing results.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to use any content you process in the app.

Local Processing and Results

Eagle Image Stacker performs image processing locally on your device. Results depend on many factors, including input image quality, capture conditions, device performance, selected settings, file format support, and available memory.

The app is provided as an imaging and creative tool. It is not intended for safety-critical, scientific-certification, medical, legal, or professional decision-making uses where incorrect output could cause harm.

You should keep backups of important original files before processing, deleting, exporting, or overwriting any data.

Paid Features, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Unlock

Eagle Image Stacker may offer paid access to premium features, including:

Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings or the App Store under your Apple ID subscriptions.

Lifetime unlock is a one-time in-app purchase for the app features described at the time of purchase. It is not a recurring subscription.

Restores, Cancellations, and Refunds

The app includes purchase restoration through Apple's StoreKit system.

Cancellation of an active subscription stops future renewal but does not necessarily refund the current billing period.

Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store refund policies. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds from inside the app.

Trials and Promotional Offers

If Apple or the app presents a free trial, introductory price, promotional offer, offer code, or win-back offer, the displayed offer terms apply. Unless canceled before the end of the trial or promotional period, a subscription may renew at the standard price shown before purchase.

Third-Party Components and Notices

The app includes third-party libraries and open-source components for image processing, RAW decoding, computer vision, compression, metadata, and related functionality.

Third-party license notices may be shown inside the app or included with app materials. Those third-party components remain subject to their own license terms.

Your use of the app is also governed by the Eagle Image Stacker Privacy Policy:

Changes to the App

We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for product, technical, legal, platform, or security reasons.

Some features may require a newer iOS version, supported hardware, or an active purchase entitlement.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Eagle Image Stacker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every file, compatible with every device capability, or able to produce a specific imaging result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Almatusm Salim will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of files, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or device issues arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to app functionality if required by law, App Store rules, security needs, or a violation of these terms.
