What Conservatives and Liberals Would Each Get
with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in the White House

Here are some of the things that conservatives and liberals would each get from an RFK Jr. presidency--I repeat that this is not an all-inclusive list:
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Sealing the southern border via executive orders and DHS action, the deportation of most (not all, but most) illegal immigrants, and the enforcement of laws against hiring illegal immigrants.
Liberals: A path to citizenship for Dreamers, and legal status for certain illegal immigrants who have been employed here for many years.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Standing by Israel. (Many liberals support Israel as well, but in some cases their support is lukewarm, and a vocal minority of liberals do not support Israel.)
Liberals: Support for preserving and expanding the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) to enable as many Americans as possible to have health insurance.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for banning biological males from competing in female sports.
Liberals: Support for pro-union measures, including the PRO Act and making union dues tax deductible.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for banning transgender surgery and puberty blockers for minors.
Liberals: Support for raising the federal minimum wage to $15 per hour and cost-of-living increases after that as needed.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for gun rights and opposition to any form of unconstitutional gun confiscation.
Liberals: Keeping America in the Paris Climate Accords and support for viable, responsible green energy programs.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for religious freedom.
Liberals: Support for aggressive federal action against industrial air and water pollution, and support for federal action against maritime plastic pollution.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for voter ID laws (provided that low-income voters are enabled to obtain a valid photo ID).
Liberals: Support for federal issuance of photo ID to low-income voters who do not have the means to get a photo ID.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Opposition to allowing illegal immigrants to vote.
Liberals: Support for affirmative action.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for halting deficit spending and working toward balancing the federal budget. (Honestly, few liberals seem to care about this issue, though you would think this would be a bipartisan concern.)
Liberals: Support for increasing funding for federal welfare programs.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Opposition to defunding the police.
Liberals: Support for a prudent, responsible reduction in defense spending.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for a variety of measures to reduce the number of abortions, a respectful attitude toward pro-lifers and the pro-life position, and an acknowledgement that elective abortion is never right. He also supports banning abortion after week 28.
Liberals: Support for allowing abortion until week 28 of pregnancy.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Opposition to “sanctuary cities,” i.e., cities that refuse to enforce our immigration laws.
Liberals: Support for amnesty for non-violent drug offenders.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Opposition to lockdowns as a way to deal with pandemics. (RFK Jr. spoke out against the COVID-19 lockdowns and recognizes that they were unnecessary and destructive. Trump and Biden continue to defend the lockdowns.)
Liberals: Opposition to the Keystone XL pipeline.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for school choice and charter schools.
Liberals: Support for maintaining the U.S. Department of Education.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for exempting crypto currency from capital gains taxes when it is being converted into dollars or fiat currency.
Liberals: Support for expanding Americorps.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for revising federal regulations and subsidies to favor small farmers and regenerative farming practices (some liberals also support this).
Liberals: Support for increasing the share of federal tax revenues paid by large corporations.
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Opposition to banning gas stoves.
Liberals: Opposition to raising the retirement age for Social Security (some conservatives also oppose this).
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for gradually backing the U.S. dollar and U.S. Treasury bills with gold, silver, platinum, and bitcoin, i.e., returning us to a hard currency standard.
Liberals: Support for making student debt dischargeable in bankruptcy and cutting interest rates on student loans to zero. (Note that this is a far cry from simply forgiving student loans through executive orders, as President Biden has been doing, but it is more than most conservatives believe should be done.)
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives: Support for creating more asylum courts to speedily process the claims of alleged political refugees who cross the southern border.
Liberals: Support for ending fracking (but only on a gradual basis, only when it can be done without causing undo economic harm, and only when there are viable alternatives available).
----------------------------------------------------------
Conservatives and Liberals: Opposition to California’s recent decriminalization of illegal drug possession, open-air illegal drug use, and shoplifting, which has made these crimes misdemeanors. Kennedy’s new documentary Recovering America explains the harmful impact this misguided law has had on public safety and law and order, and on drug users themselves.
Conservatives and Liberals: The withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukraine, the continuation of the elected government of Ukraine, and the stationing of a UN peacekeeping force in the border region of eastern Ukraine. (This is a solution that most conservatives and liberals find acceptable.)
Conservatives: Opposition to the Federal Reserve's digital currency plan. (Most conservatives oppose a federal digital currency, and some liberals also oppose it.)
Conservatives and Liberals: The long-overdue release of all federal files relating to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. (Trump and Biden both declined to release all the records.)
Conservatives and Liberals: Support for requiring that all vaccines be required to undergo the same kinds of randomized, placebo-controlled safety trials that are required for most prescription drugs; that they be subject to the same liability as that of prescription drugs; and that they be voluntary.
