  - John R. Faison, Sr. is the Senior Pastor of Watson Grove Baptist Church (The Grove), a growing, multigenerational, multisite church with campuses in Nashville, TN and Franklin, TN. The Grove endeavors to be “A GROWING church for GROWING people whom Christ will use in GROWING His Kingdom.” Young and seasoned alike have been blessed by his message of allegiance and authenticity, as well as his willingness to deal with relevant issues.

  - Description: This session will encourage the Church from membership to ministers. Discussion will include pastoral experiences, how to effectively engage in the Church as a member and leader, shared wisdom from decades of service, and advice on how to thrive as a believer.

1. - Topic: Warfare of the Church
  - Presenter: Janae Pitts-Murdock
  - Description: This session will empower believers by focusing on the importance of and practice of spiritual disciplines. Scripture instructs believers to be developed through the intimate and interactive practice of spiritual disciplines. This equips believers to thrive as individuals while also being prepared to overcome personal, social, and spiritual battles in life, the church, and the community.

Worship Leader Breakout Session and Lab

1. - Presenter: Sid Smith
  - Description: This breakout session will be for all who serve in the worship ministries at their church. Sid Smith will teach skillsets, purpose, and the spirit of worship. Participants will learn music and be prepared to lead worship by the end of the session.

  - Presenter: Deforest Soaries
  - Description: Stewardship is an important Kingdom Principle. God calls us all to steward our personal resources well so that we can engage in the world in a way that Glorifies Christ, Empowers the Church, and frees us from many of the financial struggles that can plague, pressure, and hinder our ability to THRIVE! This session will give attendees practical and Biblical ways to be free from financial debt so that we can THRIVE!

  - Presenter: James Gailliard
  - Description: This session will educate, equip, empower, and encourage believers to engage in their relationship with Christ, their local church, and their community in a way that helps everyone thrive. It can be easy to come to a conference and find inspiration but it might be difficult to translate that into your personal and local context. This session will guide you on how to make that happen effectively.

  - James Hall is the pastor of Triumph Baptist Church in Philadelphia, PA. He has served as a pastor for 66 years and has a litany of Kingdom impacting events including earning degrees, establishing outreach ministries, engaging in mission trips, and helping to transform communities through human and economic development. As a result of his leadership and their faithfulness, Triumph Baptist Church has experienced tremendous growth in the study of God’s word, evangelism, and economic empowerment. Leadership Luncheon: Sunday 2:00pm

1. - Description: This will be a special time for leaders to engage in a master session on what it means to be a leader in their local church and the Kingdom. Leaders will be able to connect with one another while embracing wisdom from seasoned and fruitful leadership. Geared toward church leadership but all are welcome to come to learn and glean.
