Housing Coops

We sponsor the construction of earthen buildings for new housing coops established on the model and principle of Green Intentional Communities. 

Using the approach of Habitat for Humanity, future residents provide a defined number of volunteer hours to help make the bricks and to assemble them in order to build the walls. This keeps the construction cost down and below market rate. 

As a charity, we are also able to obtain low interest loans, grants and the support of wealthy private or corporate donors to sponsor the creation and development of these special types of social housing projects.
