As a leader and learner, I believe in perspective-taking. I'm grateful for all the feedback I receive from colleagues, supervisors, students, and other members of the learning community. Some feedback has been offered quantitatively (i.e., surveys), and other qualitatively through social media, face-to-face, and through other means. I've tried to share some of that with you here.
