I created a mindmap that best describes my fitness goals. It gives me clear idea of what I need to do in order to be successful in the gym.
I was introduced to a new website named, drawio.com. I learned to navigate this website and make my mindmap. Making this made me realize how useful mindmaps are but also how achievable my goal is. Breaking everything down gave me a step by step view of what I need to do and made my goal more realistic!
