Reflection

Throughout UBUS 110, Business in Action, I developed key skills in communication, adaptability, and teamwork. Working on the consulting project challenged me to think critically and adjust to unexpected obstacles, helping me grow both academically and professionally.

One of my biggest takeaways was the importance of flexibility in problem-solving. Navigating challenges reinforced the value of preparation while also requiring quick adjustments along the way. Presenting our final proposal strengthened my public speaking and confidence, skills I've already applied in other coursework and professional settings.

This experience also emphasized the power of collaboration- working with my team made the process both productive and rewarding. I look forward to applying these lessons in the future opportunities where strategic thinking and teamwork play a key role.
