In UBUS 110, Business in Action, my class collaborated with Half Baked Goodness, a local Business focused on quality baked goods and customer experience. Through this consulting project, my team worked on refining employee training strategies to support business growth, enhance workplace efficiency, and promote long-term development.
As a member of the HR team, I was responsible for helping shape a feedback-driven training system that integrated employee insights to improve learning programs.
