This is something that I like to make as an easy meal at any time of day!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup uncooked jasmine white rice
1 string of mozzarella cheese
1 "handful" (3-4) mini bell peppers
1 green onion
Any flavor Japanese BBQ
INSTRUCTIONS:
prepare rice in pot or rice cooker according to package instructions.
slice the cheese, peppers, and green onion to your desired shape and size.
Once the rice is cooked, add 1/4 of it to your bowl, then toppings.
repeat step 3 until everything is in the bowl.
top with sauce and remaining toppings
