01/04/2026: A wrap-up of EMBL's Biological Oscillators meeting
It was great to visit the EMBL in Heidelberg for be Biological Oscillators 2026 meeting, by far one of my favourite ones. An occasion to hear about a wide range of topics and a good example of how a common framework (oscillatory dynamics) allows to understand many different phenomena, from how mussels in deep waters adapt to tides to synchronization in fireflies. Maybe I missed a bit hearing more about molecular oscillators, like our favourite ones. In any case, Sara's flash talk and poster on her work was an absolute highlight of the conference (nicely done!) I also had the chance to flash-talk about our work too.
25/02/2026: Emanuele Colombo's preprint is now on bioRxiv!
The preprint of Emanuele Colombo, who did his PhD halfway between our team and in the almighty Davide Mazza's lab, is out. Kudos to all the co-authors, specifically to Timothy, Erika and Sara!
30/11/2025: Bye to our stable collaborator Liam!
Liam has accepted a fantastic position in the University of Surrey and our collaboration will become a bit lest stable. He will be greatly missed but we will keep on collaborating and building on his fantastic results!
23/10/2025: Review by Fulvio, Sara and Erika is out!
Our review on signaling dynamincs and cell fate with Davide Mazza's lab is out! Kudos to Erika, Sara, and all the co-authors!
