I want to work somewhere that has a culture that promotes taking care of employees. I would prefer to work in a smaller practice initially before taking on a larger role.

In 5-10 years I would like to have moved out of Indiana and find a job in a larger setting like a hospital or a medical practice in an area experiencing inadequate access. I still would like to work somewhere where they have a strong employee culture and promote within to dedicated employees.
