Even though Sovereign isn't the best for direct combat due to how fragile it can be, it's still good with assisting in both Crowd Control and taking down key opponents. Just a single shove, and you can go down a rampage if you support your Thralls. Not to mention, they'll become stronger and faster if you can clear out the entire map with them, so rations are practically impossible to not get.

'Cytherean' Ritual Dagger
Your Melee Slot is replaced by the 'Cytherean' Ritual Dagger.
Lethality - 19%
Strike_Lethality - 55%
Weight_Light_Swing - 125%
Weight_Heavy_Swing - 225%
Effective_Range - 150%
Wounding_Level - 125%
When landing a Heavy Swing, mark the Targeted Enemy and any other Enemies nearby with 'Hex'.
Heavily Increased Stamina. (+50 to +100)
Increased Max Health. (+15)
Increased Movement Speed (+33%)
Fracture Immunity.
Heavily Increased Shove Speed. (+150%)
Aggressive Behavior on Default. This does not count towards Trait Count and can stack.
Ballistic Dagger. This does not count towards Auxiliary Equipment and can stack.
Additionally, it cannot be launched.
'Cytherean' Ritual Dagger
Unable to Drop or Scrap.
Unable to pick up other Melees.
Reduced Melee Damage. (-15% to -33%)
Fragile Skin. (You'll start Bleeding if you take 15+ Damage.)
Press F to throw a Dagger as a Hitscan Projectile. Landing on an Enemy will mark them with 'Hex' and spawn 6 additional Daggers, marking any other Enemies.
Pressing F while the Perk Ability is cooling down will perform 'Bloodletting," dealing 10 Damage. However, this does not spawn additional Daggers.
Shoving now deals Damage, marking the target and nearby Enemies with 'Hex'. They deal 66 Damage (excluding the Ballistic Dagger).
Hexed Enemies' Stats, such as Max Health, Damage, and Defense, will all be reduced by -50%. Bosses will only be damaged for 33% their Max Health.
Upon Enemy Death, they recharge 5% of the Player's Perk Ability and turn the Enemy into two Thralls. They last for 120 seconds.
Pressing B will command Thralls.
Thralls have 50 Health. While they cannot parry, they are able to grapple Enemies. All of their attacks will mark Enemies with Hex.
They deal 15 Light Damage and 30 Heavy Damage.
For every Thrall active, their Damage increases by 15 and their Movement Speed increases by +5%
