Cursed, Condemned, All is Lost. You Owe, You Live in Constant Danger, You Are Damned. The only way forward is to survive, no matter what you must do. You have nothing to lose.
While it's considerably alot worse than all the other Perks, there are ways it can actually come in handy. All you need is one's death, and you're set for life. Though you probably need someone to die constantly so you can keep your benefits, as they'll clear up if nobody dies for an entire night.
