If for any reason you cannot keep your bunny anymore, you are more than happy to take he/she back for R500. This excludes transport.
Note: if you sell your bunny you MUST tell us and send us the new buyers contact details.
1.Applying for a bunny
1.Apply for your bunny by filling out an application here.
You will have to pay a non refundable 50% deposit for your bunny.
2. Price
Our bunnies range between R850 - R1500 depending on quality and colour. The price is not negotiable.
3. Pick up
You must pick up your bunny in Ronderbosh if you are in the Cape town area, we cannot drop off. We provide you with a box for free, a carrier at an extra price. ( this carrier is airline approved ) or a crate.
4. Shipping
We can ship our bunnies nation wide ( at the moment ) with Bidvest pet lounge. Shipping price are between R600-R999
5. Boarding services
If you cannot pick up your bunny between the dates given, don't worry we have a boarding service that is R20 per day or R100 per week. If you have not picked up your bunny in the next 2 weeks, we will sell your bunny to a new owner.
6. Health Guarantee
By the time we sell a bunny to you, the bunny is in great condition. He/she has no signs of worms or any diarrhea. If they have any problems we will notify you, so can make the choice for you to take her and treat her, or for us to do it for you. Please understand that these are live animals and there is always a risk when adopting live animals even when both parents are healthy with no known genetic issues to date. You are welcome to purchase a health certificate for R300-400 each which will cover a basic external exam. There will still be no health guarantee with the purchase of a health certificate but it gives some families a peace of mind. We are very experienced in being able to tell genders but we will not guarantee gender.
B. What we expect from you.
1.Agrees to send the Seller 2 photos (front and sides) every 6 months for the first 2 years after taking ownership of the bunny. Any additional photos are welcome.
2.Will inform the Seller of any changes in address, email or phone number.
3.Will keep the Seller informed of any show successes of the bunny in any show.
4.Be kept as a pet/showing/breeding conditions for its health and welfare and will be fed a suitable diet for its age and condition
5.Receive all necessary veterinary care to maintain its good health
6.Be locked up inside or in an enclosure at night and not left to roam free.
7. For your bunny to be sterilized at 6 months old, unless sold as a breeding bunny or you all your bunnies are the same sex.
