Special Meeting Minutes 2018
West Hampton Clubhouse 2/11/2018
1. Meeting was called to order at 3:15 p.m. Verification of Quorum.
Marcy Coleman, Community Manager with CMA arrived and provided documentation for the meeting, however, requested to be excused as she had the flu. Board Members in attendance: Michelle Davis, Lexann Johnson, Mike Cappucci, Pam Wyatt and Linda Stricker-Campbell . Absent from the meeting was HOA Board President Ron Hall, who resigned from his position on the Board. In addition to the 5 Board members, were numerous members of the Due West Crossing community – a total of 21 residents. Proxies were submitted by a couple of residents bringing the total ballot voting attendance to 32. A copy of the sign in sheet retained by CMA.
2. Michelle Davis opened the meeting providing an update on the Board and the resignation of Ron Hall as DWC HOA Board President. Further, she relayed to the group the issues regarding the concern voiced by residents as to the validity of the Annual Meeting as well as Response from the HOA Lawyer, and the decision to proceed with the meeting. The current Board was unable to come to agreement on the 2018 Budget as presented by CMA, therefore the 2018 Budget was tabled until the DWC HOA Board for 2018-2019 has been elected. Further concerns with respect to the Budget were the following community needs given the age of the community:
· Swimming Pool Resurfacing
· Pool Furniture
· Perimeter Fence
· Entrance Sign
· Community Parking Lot
· Special Assessment Fund (2016-2018)
3. Board Members remaining 2018-2019 – Michelle Davis and Lexann Johnson. Meeting opened to nominations for new board member volunteers. The following residents volunteered and were elected to the DWC HOA Board.

The Annual Meeting was adjourned and closed at approximately 4:15 p.m. Followed by a brief meeting of the newly elected DWC HOA Board.
