Closing day for nominations Friday 5 December
A person, from any walk of life, who has given long-standing service, loyalty and reliability while living in the area of Banks Peninsula. The award will be presented on Show Day immediately after the Grand Parade and the President's speech.
Nominations can be put forward by one person, a group of people or an organisation.
