Privacy Policy for Dutch’s Challenge

Dutch’s Challenge is designed to be a low-maintenance, privacy-conscious game. Core gameplay progress is stored locally on your device and does not require a Dutch’s Challenge account or custom online game server.
Information collected by the app and its service providers
Dutch’s Challenge uses third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertising and in-app purchases. Depending on your device and use of the app, these services may collect or process:
approximate or coarse location, such as location derived from an IP address;
device identifiers;
purchase history;
product interaction and usage information;
advertising data;
crash data;
performance data; and
other diagnostic information.
Dutch’s Challenge does not request your precise GPS location, contacts, photos, videos, health information, payment-card information, or access to your email or text messages.
Local game data
Game progress, settings, Daily Challenge history, streak information, earned or purchased game entitlements, and related gameplay state are primarily stored locally on your device. Dutch’s Challenge does not operate a custom account system or upload your complete game save to a Dutch’s Challenge server.
Analytics and crash reporting
Dutch’s Challenge uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and improve the game, and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and technical problems. Analytics may include app interactions, session information, app/device information, approximate geography, and purchase-related events. Crashlytics may process crash logs, device and operating-system information, and other diagnostic information. Gameplay analytics remain separate from advertising personalization. The app disables Firebase advertising storage, advertising user-data and advertising-personalization consent.
Advertising
Dutch’s Challenge uses Google Mobile Ads to provide optional rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads. Google may process information such as approximate location, device identifiers, advertising data, app interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising.
Dutch’s Challenge requests Google Limited Ads for every ad request. These ads do not use your interests or activity across other apps and websites for personalization. The app disables publisher first-party identifiers and publisher personalization, does not request Apple tracking permission and does not intentionally access the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA). Google may still process information needed to deliver ads, report ad activity and protect against fraud, including IP addresses and technical or diagnostic information. Programmatic Limited Ads may use storage solely for fraud and invalid-traffic protection.
Advertising privacy
Dutch’s Challenge does not offer personalized advertising or display advertising consent or Apple tracking prompts. Advertising restrictions are applied automatically. Core gameplay remains available without making an advertising choice. The Privacy Policy remains available in Settings. In-app purchases
Dutch’s Challenge offers a one-time “Remove Forced Ads” purchase through Apple’s StoreKit system. Apple processes payment information. Dutch’s Challenge does not receive or store your payment-card number or banking information. The app may process purchase status and entitlement information needed to provide and restore the purchase.
Customer support
If you contact Dutch’s Challenge support by email, the information you voluntarily provide in that communication may be used to respond to your request. Support communications are not used for advertising personalization.
Third-party services
Dutch’s Challenge currently uses services provided by Google and Apple, including Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Mobile Ads and Apple StoreKit. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal obligations.
Children’s privacy
Dutch’s Challenge is not designed to request personal information from players as part of normal gameplay. If a parent or guardian believes personal information has been provided through a support communication and would like assistance, they may contact us using the address below.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app, its service providers, or applicable privacy requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.

Data retention, deletion, and third-party protection
Dutch’s Challenge retains local gameplay and preference data on your device until you remove the app, reset its data, or otherwise delete that local information. Information processed by Google or Apple is retained according to their respective policies and applicable law. If you contact support, correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, or satisfy legal obligations.
The app automatically applies Limited Ads restrictions and does not provide a personalized-advertising opt-in. You may contact DutchsChallenge@gmail.com with privacy or deletion questions. Third-party service providers that process information for Dutch’s Challenge are expected to provide protections consistent with their own privacy obligations and applicable law.
