Good Five Games Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 23, 2026
This is the shared privacy policy for Good Five Games games and their support services. It covers PuzzleLeaf, Dutch’s Challenge and Feast Borough, including the versions described below. Features and service availability can differ by app, version, device and region. An app’s App Store privacy information and in-app privacy notices describe its enabled features.
Our games use local-first progress and settings. You do not need a separate Good Five Games account for ordinary play. Normal gameplay is not designed to ask for your name, email, contacts, precise GPS location, photos, health information or payment-card details. Support communications and optional Apple platform features are described separately below.
Game progress, preferences and related state are stored on your device. Where private iCloud saved progress is enabled, the app sends the applicable saved progress to Apple’s private iCloud storage so that supported devices using the same Apple Account can continue that progress. Network or account availability can affect syncing. Optional Game Center uses Apple’s gaming services and is separate from iCloud saved progress. These features do not create a Good Five Games login.
PuzzleLeaf: Current versions support private iCloud synchronization of puzzle progress, committed moves and undo history across iPhone and iPad. Saved attempts can be compared before choosing where to continue. Hints and reward balances remain on each device. Optional Game Center connection is available in Settings and is separate from saved progress. Earlier versions stored progress locally without this iCloud feature.
Dutch’s Challenge: The currently submitted 1.0 release stores gameplay progress, settings, Daily Challenge history, streaks and related entitlements locally. It does not upload complete saves to a custom Dutch’s Challenge server.
Feast Borough: TestFlight Beta 1.0 (1) stores progress locally. iCloud synchronization, Game Center, advertising and in-app purchases are not connected in that beta. This policy does not imply that those planned features are already available. This page and the applicable app disclosures will be updated when enabled data practices change.
Removing an app or deleting its local data may remove local progress. Where cloud progress is supported, local deletion does not by itself establish that a cloud copy has been deleted. For help with saved progress or a privacy request, use the shared Support page.
Games with Google Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics enabled may process app interactions and session events, app and operating-system versions, device model and technical characteristics, installation or device identifiers, timestamps, approximate geography, crash traces, performance information and other diagnostics. These services help us understand reliability, diagnose problems and improve the game.
Our own gameplay analytics are designed to use defined product-behavior events rather than free-form personal information. We do not intentionally send puzzle letters or target words, complete custom save files, contacts or precise GPS location as gameplay analytics properties. Analytics and diagnostic failures are not intended to block normal local play or change game outcomes. Firebase advertising-storage, advertising-user-data and advertising-personalization consent are disabled in the current PuzzleLeaf and submitted Dutch’s Challenge configurations.
Where advertising is enabled, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, advertising data and diagnostic or performance information. Google may also process information needed for security, fraud prevention and invalid-traffic protection. Non-personalized or Limited Ads do not mean that no information is processed. Programmatic Limited Ads may use storage solely for fraud and invalid-traffic protection.
PuzzleLeaf offers automatic ads between eligible levels and optional rewarded ads for hints. Its current configuration uses Limited Ads and does not add an Apple tracking prompt. Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) handles applicable regional privacy choices. Core play remains available when an ad or consent service is unavailable.
Dutch’s Challenge’s currently submitted 1.0 release requests Limited Ads for optional rewarded and limited interstitial advertising, disables publisher first-party identifiers and publisher personalization, does not offer a personalized-advertising opt-in and does not request Apple tracking permission or intentionally access IDFA. Advertising restrictions are applied automatically rather than requiring an advertising choice to play.
Good Five Games does not intentionally use gameplay telemetry for cross-app profiling. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising data processing may be regulated differently by jurisdiction; applicable in-app privacy choices and Apple device controls remain available where supported or required.
Apple processes App Store payments. Good Five Games does not receive your full payment-card number or banking details from Apple. Apps with purchases enabled may read Apple-provided transaction, purchase-status and entitlement information to deliver, recognize or restore an eligible purchase. Purchase-related events may also be processed by enabled analytics services. Restoring an ad-removal purchase does not by itself disable permitted app diagnostics or analytics. Feast Borough Beta 1.0 (1) does not currently connect purchases or purchase restoration.
The shared Good Five Games Support page serves every G5G game. The existing Google Form asks for a reply email, game/app, topic and message. Information you voluntarily submit is used to respond and manage the related support interaction, including troubleshooting a gameplay, purchase, accessibility or privacy concern. Google processes the form through Google Forms. Support communications are not used for advertising personalization.
Share only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment details or complete saved-game files through the form. If more information is needed, we will ask only for what is reasonably necessary.
Where enabled, our platform and service providers include Apple for distribution, StoreKit purchases, private iCloud and Game Center; and Google for Forms, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob and UMP. Their processing depends on the features used and their own privacy policies, settings and legal obligations. Apple and Google may process information in countries other than where you live, subject to applicable safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights.

Local progress and preferences remain on your device under the applicable app’s storage behavior. Cloud progress, where enabled, and provider analytics, diagnostics, consent, advertising and transaction information are retained under the relevant service settings and policies. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records or meet legal obligations. We use data minimization and platform-provided security mechanisms. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Available controls may include in-app privacy choices, Apple device and account controls, choosing whether to use optional Game Center or an optional ad, and purchase restoration where supported. You can contact us through the shared Support page about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or other privacy rights available under applicable law. Select Privacy and identify the relevant game. We may need enough information to understand and verify a request.
Normal gameplay does not require a Good Five Games account or submission of contact information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information directly through a support channel can use the shared Support page so that we can review the request. This policy does not treat an age rating as permission to collect information from a child.
This shared page replaces the separate G5G game privacy-policy pages. We will update it when material features, services, data practices or requirements change and revise the date above. Material changes will be handled consistently with applicable law and platform requirements. For any G5G privacy or support question, use Good Five Games Support.
