1. サービスと対象者
本規約はMYOHO Group合同会社が提供するDuokeepの利用条件です。Duokeepは2人で目標と期限を決め、日々の報告と応援を共有するサービスです。共有機能には対応端末とインターネット接続が必要です。13歳以上を対象とし、未成年者は保護者の同意を得て利用してください。地域の法律で追加の同意が必要な場合は、その条件にも従ってください。
2. 登録なし利用と引き継ぎ
メール登録なしで利用を開始できます。元の端末でメールアドレスとパスワードを登録すると、同じ記録を別の端末へ引き継げます。引き継ぎ設定をせずにアプリを削除したり端末を紛失したりすると、記録にアクセスできなくなる場合があります。認証情報を適切に管理し、他人のアカウントを使わないでください。目標・メモ等には、共有する権限がない他人の情報を入力しないでください。
3. ペアと記録
招待に参加した相手と表示名、目標、期限、報告、メモ、応援等を共有します。1つのペアは2アカウントで構成され、別の相手と別のペアも作れます。招待コードは原則24時間有効です。毎日の記録と期限は目標のタイムゾーンを基準とします。現在のアプリでは当日の報告を更新できます。「そっと応援を送る」は目標ごとに1日1回送れ、相手の目標画面に表示されます。通信やOSの状態により、同期や通知が遅れたり届かなかったりする場合があります。
4. 無料プランとDuokeep Plus
各ペアにつき進行中の目標1件を無料で作れます。完了済み・期限到来済みの目標は無料枠に含めません。無料プランでは広告を表示する場合があります。現在の内部テスト版では本番広告を表示していません。
Plusは任意の月額自動更新サブスクリプションです。ペアのいずれかが加入すると、その加入者が参加するペアで進行中の目標を追加できます。広告非表示の対象は加入者本人です。購入・復元にメール登録は必須ではありません。
料金、通貨、請求期間、無料体験等の有無と更新条件は、購入前のストア画面をご確認ください。支払いはAppleまたはGoogle Playの購入アカウントに請求され、解約しない限り各ストアの条件に従い更新されます。次回更新を止めるには更新日前に各ストアの定期購入設定から解約してください。原則として解約後も支払済み期間の終了までは利用でき、具体的な扱いはストアの表示と適用法に従います。
購入の復元は、同じストア購入アカウントの契約を確認する機能です。ペアや習慣記録を新しい端末へ戻すには別途引き継ぎ設定が必要です。アプリやDuokeepアカウントの削除だけでは定期購入は解約されません。返金は各ストアの手続きと適用法に従います。
Plus終了後も既存の記録は保持し、既存の進行中目標への報告は続けられます。Plus権限が必要な新しい目標の追加はできなくなります。
5. 安全な利用
嫌がらせ、脅迫、詐欺、違法な内容、権利侵害、不正アクセス、サービス妨害を禁止します。ペア画面から通報・ブロックできます。運営者は状況を確認し、必要かつ合理的な範囲で内容の削除、アカウント制限その他の措置を行う場合があります。ブロック中は共有を止めますが記録自体は残ります。緊急の危険には地域の緊急窓口を利用してください。
6. 退会と個人情報
設定からアカウントを削除できます。共有目標に含まれる相手の報告やメモも削除されるため、確認画面を読んで操作してください。アプリを使えない場合は、このサイトの「アカウント削除 / Delete account」をご覧ください。情報の扱いは「プライバシー / Privacy」で説明します。
7. 変更・責任・お問い合わせ
Duokeepは利用者自身の目標と報告を扱い、目標達成、健康改善その他の特定の結果を保証しません。医療・専門的助言の代わりとして提供するものではありません。保守、障害、法令対応等で機能を変更・停止する場合があり、利用者への重要な影響は適切な方法でお知らせします。
本規約を変更する場合は本ページを更新し、重要な変更は内容と適用時期を必要に応じて通知します。適用法で同意が必要な場合はそれに従います。本規約は適用法上の消費者の権利を制限せず、法律上免除・制限できない責任を免除しません。お問い合わせはchaswebofficial@gmail.comまでご連絡ください。

1. Service and eligibility
These terms govern Duokeep, operated by MYOHO Group合同会社 (MYOHO Group LLC). Duokeep helps two people set goals and deadlines and share daily check-ins and encouragement. Shared features require a supported device and internet access. Users must be at least 13. Minors need a parent or legal guardian’s consent and must meet any additional consent requirements under local law.
2. Guest use and account recovery
You may start without email registration. Link an email and password on your original device to recover the same records on another device. Without recovery setup, deleting the app or losing the device may leave your records inaccessible. Keep credentials secure, use your own account and do not share other people’s information without permission.
3. Pairs and records
An accepted invitation shares your name, goals, deadlines, check-ins, notes and cheers with the paired person. Each pair contains two accounts; you may form separate pairs. Codes normally expire after 24 hours. Daily records follow each goal’s time zone. You can update the current day’s check-in. A cheer can be sent once per goal per day and appears on your partner’s goal screen. Network and OS conditions may delay or prevent updates or alerts.
4. Free plan and Plus
Each pair may have one active goal free. Completed and expired goals do not count. Free use may include advertising; the current internal test release does not display production ads.
Plus is an optional monthly auto-renewing subscription. While either person subscribes, pairs that subscriber belongs to may add active goals. Ad removal applies to the subscriber’s own app. Email registration is not required to purchase or restore.
Review the price, currency, billing period, any trial and renewal conditions shown before purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple or Google Play purchase account and renews under the store’s terms unless cancelled. Cancel in the store’s subscription settings before the renewal date to prevent the next renewal. Access generally continues for the paid period, subject to the store’s terms and applicable law. Refunds follow store procedures and applicable law.
Restore purchases checks the subscription associated with your store purchase account. Recovering paired habit records separately requires account recovery setup. Deleting the app or your Duokeep account does not cancel subscriptions. Existing records and check-ins on existing active goals remain available when Plus ends; adding new goals that require Plus is restricted.
5. Respectful use
Harassment, threats, scams, unlawful content, infringement, unauthorized access and service disruption are prohibited. Report concerns or block a person from People. The operator may review concerns and take necessary and reasonable action, including removing content or restricting accounts. Blocking stops sharing while retaining records. Contact local emergency services for urgent danger.
6. Deletion and privacy
Delete your account from Settings. This also removes your partner’s check-ins and notes within shared goals, as explained in the confirmation screen. If you cannot use the app, see “アカウント削除 / Delete account” on this site. Our information practices are explained under “プライバシー / Privacy.”
7. Changes, responsibility and contact
Duokeep records goals chosen by users and does not guarantee goal achievement, health improvement or other results. It is not a substitute for medical or professional advice. Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, faults or legal requirements; we provide appropriate notice of material effects.
We update this page when terms change and give appropriate notice of material changes and their effective date, obtaining consent when required. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Contact chaswebofficial@gmail.com for support.
