1. 取得する情報と利用目的
登録なしでの利用開始時に、Firebase Authenticationで匿名の利用者IDと認証情報を作成し、記録の保存・保護・同期に使います。引き継ぎ設定を行う場合は、同じIDにメールアドレスとパスワードによる認証を追加します。メール登録は日常機能にもPlusの購入・復元にも必須ではありません。購入の復元と、ペア・習慣記録の引き継ぎは別の機能です。
表示名とタイムゾーン、目標・理由・期限、日々の達成状況・メモ・応援、ペアと招待情報を保存し、利用者とその相手の間で同期します。通報では、当事者のID、理由と説明を問題の調査・対応に使います。通信に伴う技術情報やログは保守、不正防止、障害対応に使う場合があります。
アプリの言語と送信前の報告下書きは端末内に保存します。下書きは保存するまで相手へ送られません。通知用端末ID・プッシュトークン・OS・言語、目標別のリマインダー時刻・タイムゾーン、相手の報告通知の設定を通知配信のためサーバーに保存します。
2. 相手への共有と運営による確認
表示名、共有目標、期限、報告、メモ、応援をペアの相手に表示します。別のペアには共有しません。メールアドレスと通報内容を相手に表示する機能はありません。招待コードは原則24時間有効で、参加後は別の人に使用できません。招待したい人にだけ渡してください。
ブロックすると共有記録を互いに非表示にし、新しい操作を停止します。記録自体は残り、双方のブロックが解除されると共有を再開できます。運営者はサポート、通報対応、不正対策、保守に必要な範囲で保存情報を確認する場合があります。
3. 外部サービスと国外での処理
Google Firebase / Google Cloudは認証、データ保存、同期、保守を処理します。主な共有データは米国のGoogle Cloud Firestoreに保存します。
Expo Push Service、Apple Push Notification service、Firebase Cloud Messagingは通知トークン、通知本文と対象目標ID等を処理します。通知本文に目標名や報告メモは含めません。
RevenueCatは利用者IDと購入・契約情報を使い、Plusの有効状態、購入復元、不正防止、売上分析を処理します。Apple App Store / Google Playが購入と請求を処理し、Duokeepがカード番号を取得することはありません。
Google AdMobは広告機能の提供時に、端末識別子、IPアドレスに基づくおおよその地域、広告への操作、技術情報等を広告配信・測定・不正防止のため処理する場合があります。広告対応版では、広告リクエストに非パーソナライズ広告と同意年齢未満向けの制限設定を適用します。Androidの広告ID取得権限と、iOSのトラッキング許可は要求しません。広告提供時には適用される地域・端末・年齢等に応じて必要な同意・選択機能を用意します。Plus加入者本人には広告を表示しません。
各提供者が国外で情報を処理する場合があります。必要な委託先管理と適用法に基づく移転の対応を行います。取り扱いや移転に関するお問い合わせは上記窓口へご連絡ください。

4. 権限と選択
カメラは招待QRコードの読み取りに使い、この機能で写真や動画をサーバーにアップロードしません。通知は希望する利用者へのリマインダーと相手の当日最初の報告案内に使います。端末の権限設定とアプリ内の通知設定から変更できます。通信やOSの状態により届かない、または遅れる場合があります。
5. 保存と削除
共有記録は原則としてアカウント削除まで保存し、目標完了だけでは削除しません。設定の「アカウントを削除」でプロフィール、ペア、共有目標と両者の報告・メモ、応援、招待、関連通報、通知端末情報・設定・配信記録等を削除します。相手側の共有記録も削除されます。通知配信ジョブは作成から約7日後に定期削除します。
問い合わせ記録やセキュリティログは、対応、不正対策、法的義務への対応に必要な期間扱い、不要になった情報は削除または匿名化します。サービス提供者のログ、バックアップ、ストア取引記録には、その提供者の保存期間と適用法が適用されます。
アプリを使えない場合も、サイトの「アカウント削除 / Delete account」から削除依頼の方法を確認できます。アカウントの削除だけでは定期購入は解約されません。
6. 権利とご請求
表示名・言語・通知設定はアプリから変更できます。適用法に応じたアクセス、訂正、削除、利用制限、異議、データの写し、同意撤回等のご請求は、chaswebofficial@gmail.comへお送りください。本人確認をお願いする場合があります。同意撤回はそれ以前の適法な処理に影響しません。該当する場合は監督機関へ申し立てる権利もあります。サービス提供に必要な処理、セキュリティ等の正当な利益、法的義務、同意など、該当する根拠に基づいて情報を扱います。
7. 年齢と変更
13歳未満を対象とせず、13歳以上の未成年者は保護者の同意を得て利用してください。必要な同意のない児童の情報を把握した場合は、確認のうえ適切な削除等の対応を行います。方針を変更する場合は本ページを更新し、重要な変更は必要に応じてアプリ等でお知らせします。

1. Information and purposes
Starting without registration creates an anonymous Firebase user ID and authentication information to store, protect and synchronize records. Optional recovery links email/password authentication to that same ID. Email registration is not required for habit features, Plus purchases or restoration. Purchase restoration and recovery of shared habit records are separate.
We store your display name, time zone, goals, reasons, deadlines, check-ins, notes, cheers, pairs and invitations to provide shared features. Concern reports contain the parties’ IDs, reason and explanation for investigation and response. Technical request data and logs may be used for maintenance, security and troubleshooting.
Language preferences and unsent drafts are stored on your device; drafts are not shared until saved. Notification device IDs, push tokens, OS, language, per-goal reminder times/time zones and partner notification preferences are stored to deliver notifications.
2. Sharing
Your partner sees your name and shared goals, deadlines, check-ins, notes and cheers. Other pairs do not receive them. Email addresses and concern reports are not displayed to your partner. Invitation codes normally last 24 hours and cannot be reused by another person after acceptance. Share them only with your intended partner.
Blocking hides shared records from both people and stops new interactions, but retains the records. Sharing may resume when both people remove their blocks. The operator may access stored information as needed for support, moderation, security and maintenance.
3. Providers and international processing
Google Firebase / Google Cloud provides authentication, storage, synchronization and maintenance. Our primary shared database is Google Cloud Firestore in the United States.
Expo Push Service, Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging process push tokens, notification text and target goal IDs to deliver alerts. Notification text excludes goal names and check-in notes.
RevenueCat processes user IDs and purchase/subscription information to verify Plus access, restore purchases, prevent fraud and analyze sales. Apple App Store / Google Play handles billing; Duokeep does not collect your payment card number.
When advertising is offered, Google AdMob may process device identifiers, approximate region derived from IP address, ad interactions and technical data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The ad-supported release requests non-personalized ads with under-age-of-consent restrictions. It does not request Android advertising ID access or iOS tracking permission. Applicable consent and choice controls will be provided when ads are enabled. Active Plus subscribers do not see ads in their own app.
Providers may process data outside your country. We apply provider oversight and applicable transfer requirements. Contact us for details. Provider policies are linked in section 3 above.
4. Permissions and choices
The camera reads invitation QR codes without uploading photos or video. Optional notifications deliver reminders and a partner’s first daily check-in alert. Change app preferences and device permissions at any time. Network or OS conditions may delay or prevent delivery.
5. Retention and deletion
Shared records generally remain until account deletion; completing a goal retains history. Settings → Delete account removes your profile, pairs, shared goals and both people’s check-ins and notes, cheers, invitations, related concern reports, and notification devices, preferences and delivery records. Your partner loses those shared records too. Notification jobs are scheduled for deletion approximately seven days after creation.
Support records and security logs are retained as needed for response, abuse prevention and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Provider logs, backups and store transaction records follow their retention arrangements and applicable law. See this site’s “アカウント削除 / Delete account” page to request deletion without the app. Account deletion does not cancel store billing.
6. Your rights
Change your name, language and notification preferences in the app. Contact chaswebofficial@gmail.com for applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, data copies or consent withdrawal. Identity verification may be required. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Where applicable, you may complain to a supervisory authority. We rely on applicable grounds such as providing the service, legitimate security interests, legal obligations and consent.
7. Age and updates
Duokeep is not intended for children under 13. Minors aged 13 or older need a parent or legal guardian’s consent. If we learn of children’s data processed without required consent, we will investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion. We update this page when practices change and provide additional notice of material changes as appropriate.
