A practical, modular onboarding course built with the ADDIE model and Rise 360. Designed to guide new hires through their first week with clarity, culture, and confidence. It also showcases interactivity, clean visuals, and a warm, human tone.

Just a few milestones that shaped my path, from teaching math to designing learning with purpose.
I created math lessons that helped students shift how they felt about learning. Instead of just focusing on grades or exams, I used games, visual cues, and space for mistakes to build confidence and spark curiosity. That’s where I first learned how thoughtful design could change how people feel about themselves.
Since 2020, my site giaodichthuattoan.com has grown into Vietnam’s top destination for algorithmic trading courses. What started as one course during the pandemic became a full learning platform, serving hundreds of learners and continuously improving through feedback and iteration.
I don’t just design pieces of learning. I built the entire journey, from the first idea on a slide to the final course structure inside the LMS. This hands-on approach gives me deep insight into both content and learner flow. Learning design isn’t just about tech, it’s about building something that works, from the ground up.
My background in math helps me see structure, clarity, and logic. I used to help students find the right answers through formulas and patterns. Now I help learners explore better questions, build deeper understanding, and stay curious along the way. It’s still problem-solving, just with a broader lens and more heart.
