Rock Paper Scissors

This is a great project to learn about If/If Else/Else and how to use random numbers. Additionally, you can get students looking at the different results that occur in games of PSR between people and the Micro:BIT.

Magic 8 Ball

Next step from Rock Paper Scissors as you go from having 1-8 as your random number selection, increase the If/Else If/Else options to 8 and use 'Show String' instead of the LED lights. I have done this very successfully with Year 5s (Grade 4s) and seeing 'If Else' in action was great for other coding lessons.
