We are a community interest company based in the West Midlands. We develop and deliver projects around understanding your mind, your money, and finding your purpose. We listen to communities and then build experiences around them.
We work with local authorities, statutory services, housing associations, education settings, non-profit organisations, and more to bring tailored programmes for defined communities.
We deliver community-based mental health services through wellbeing support, one-to-one therapy, group sessions, and psychological education.

Parveena Tour-Pawar
I've had many years working in various mental health services which have focused on supporting local communities on their road to recovery. I am committed to creating a compassionate and inclusive environment where every person feels heard, valued and empowered. I aspire to contribute to the transformative impact of mental health services, promoting resilience and facilitating positive change in the lives of those seeking support.
William Corns
I have a passion for wanting to support people, I'm curious to learn new thriving strategies and I have a keen interest to prompt mental wellbeing to all. My own core values are that I want to support as many people as possible and to be able to enjoy life as much as possible.
Tina Swindles
Over the years, I have worked for various mental health services and provided support to those in Dudley for 19 years. I enjoy meeting those we support to make a difference and improve their outlook, no matter how small.
Jean Ward
I have experience of working in mental health services since 2009. During that time, I have 5 years experience working with learning disabilities. I am an honest, caring person who is passionate about people’s mental health and wellbeing. I enjoy mindfulness and walking for wellbeing.
Sarah James
I am a conscientious hard working individual. I have worked in the public sector for 48 years in various different roles supporting the general public. I enjoy meeting new people and supporting them along their own journey in life, giving them the right tools and confidence to live a better quality of life.
Hansa Khan
My education and previous professional experiences helped me acquire crucial skills for great mentorship and supporting vulnerable adults. I've developed my ability to adjust to various situations and meet person-centered approaches. I have extensive experience in supporting clients from diverse background in achieving their target goals. I am well-equipped to evaluate the level of support needed by individuals and their life experiences.
Kelly Deeley
I have worked as a mental health support worker for 10 years, previous to this I have worked in other areas of support work including floating support and Learning Disabilities. I have also worked as a receptionist for 17 years at a day centre where I also supported adults with learning disabilities to develop admin skills. I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider and also hold NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Angelique Stephens
I have worked in mental health services for most of my career and support people either one-to-one or helping through courses. I am also a trained holistic therapist.
