Learning design thinking for social innovation has been a meaningful experience for me as an engineering student. The course helped me understand how important it is to truly recognize people’s needs by listening carefully and observing the problems they face. This perspective has reshaped my approach to problem-solving, showing me that effective solutions come from a deep understanding of users.
