How will I know if I'm Successful?

In the examples above from the 2025 Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test Framework document you will see one letter (on the right) in which the sample student was successful and another letter (on the left) in which the student was not successful. In the centre of the page you will find "YOUR RESULTS" with a statement indicating your success directly below it. You will also see your score out of 400. You need to have 300 points or more to successfully complete the OSSLT. You will also see how many questions were attempted on the test.

Once the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO) has completed the evaluation of the tests, they will allow the school to release individual student results by letter which will either be printed or emailed to you and your caregivers.
