Before you graduate from highschool, you need to successfully complete a literacy requirement. In grade 10 you can meet this requirement by passing the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT). The OSSLT is now written twice a year, giving you more opportunities to pass if you need a couple of tries. 

The OSSLT assesses reading and writing skills that are covered from across the Ontario Curriculum up to the end of grade 9.

Use this website to help prepare for writing the OSSLT. Knowing how to write the test and what is on the test a head of time is the best way to feel confident and ready!
