Any act (and not mere omission to act) by which a person intentionally or recklessly causes another to suffer or apprehend immediate unlawful violence.

(1)03. Assault With A Deadly Weapon
Any act (and not mere omission to act) by which a person intentionally or recklessly causes another to suffer or apprehend immediate unlawful violence, with a deadly weapon or by using such force that it is likely to produce a great bodily injury.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 30 months and no more than 180 months.
(1)04. Mutual Combat
Engaging in mutual combat with another individual in an area accessible to the public, or in public view, regardless of the consent of the individuals involved.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 15 months and no more than 40 months.
(1)05. Battery
The use of intentional and unlawful force or violence to cause physical harm to another person.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 20 months and no more than 40 months.
(1)06. Aggravated Battery
The use of great or continued and intentional force or violence to cause severe physical harm to another person.
The use of a weapon or otherwise dangerous item to cause severe harm to another person.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 30 months and no more than 120 months.
(1)07. Attempted Murder
The premeditated, deliberate and intentional attempt to kill or cause life threatening harm to another person.
The cause of life threatening bodily harm to another person through negligence, criminal accident or in the heat of passion.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 165 months and no more than 255 months.
(1)08. Manslaughter
Intentionally killing another, with or without a quarrel or in the heat of passion.
The cause of a person's death through a criminal accident or negligence.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 200 months and no more than 255 months.
(1)09. Murder
The unlawful killing of another with malice aforethought.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 255 months and no more than 300 months.
(1)10. False Imprisonment
Detaining or arresting another without their consent (or the consent. of the consent of their guardian) without premeditated intent or random for less than one hour.
To perform an unlawful citizens arrest.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months and no more than 270 months
(1)11. Kidnapping
Detaining or arresting another without their consent (or the consent. of the consent of their guardian) without premeditated intent to do so for more than one hour.
Detaining or arresting another without their consent (or the consent. of the consent of their guardian) with the intent to hold that individual for random act of any kind.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 135 months and no more than 210 months.
(1)12. Mayhem
Intentionally causing extreme pain and suffering to a person, with or without permanent damage to the body.
Causing pain and suffering for the purpose of revenge, extortion, persuasion, or for any sadistic purpose.
Intentionally disfiguring, disabling or aggressively destroying or damaging any area of a person's body.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 150 months and no more than 220 months.
(1)13. Vehicular Murder
Causing the death of a person through the severely reckless and deliberate use of a vehicle.
While in a vehicle, directly or indirectly causing the death of a person while evading Peace Officers.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 120 months and no more than 180 months.
(2)01. Arson
Intentionally and maliciously setting fire to, or burning, any structure, forest land or property without prior authorization.
Intentionally aiding, counselling or helping to facilitate the burning of any structure, forest land or property without proper authorization.
Setting fire to, or burning, any structure, forest land or property through criminal accident or negligence.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 25 months and no more than 120 months.
(2)02. Trespassing
Entering another's property while it is closed or not in operation without the expression or written permission to do so.
Entering the restricted area of an open facility or property as defined by clear marking by the property manager without the expressed or written permission to do so.
* This charge can not be stacked in addition to (2)04. Burglary, or (2)03. Trespassing within a Restricted Zone.
- Punishable by fine of $2000.00 and imprisonment of no more than 10 minutes.
(2)03. Trespassing within a Restricted Zone
Entering without proper authorization into any government owned or managed facility or restricted section in a government building, given it is secured with the intent of keeping non-authorized personnel out due to a security or safety hazard.
* This charge can not be stacked in addition to (2)02 Trespassing.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 15 months and no more than 40 months.
(2)04. Burglary
Entering into a locked or restricted property of another without their expression or written permission with the intent to commit a crime, typically theft.
* This charge can not be stacked in addition to (2)02 Trespassing.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 25 months and no more than 50 months.
(2)05. Possession of Burglary Tools
To have in one's possession the appropriate combination of tools necessary to commit burglary (such as a screw driver, tension bar, shimmy, bobby pins or other).
- Punishable by fine of £3000.00.
(2)06. Robbery
The taking of property from the possession of another against their will, either by force, fear or both.
* This charge can not be stacked in addition to (2)07 Armed Robbery.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 40 months in addition to any associated charges.
(2)07. Armed Robbery
The taking of property from the possession of another against their will, either by force, fear or both, facilitated by the use of a weapon or item wielded as such.
* This charge can not be stacked in addition to (2)06 Robbery.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months in addition to any associated charges.
(2)08. Petty Theft
To take another's property with a value of $2500.00 or less.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 20 months and no more than 30 months.
(2)09. Theft
To take another's property with a value greater than $2500.00 but no more than $10000.00.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 45 months and no more than 90 months.
(2)10. Grand Theft
To take another's property with a value of $10000.00 or more.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months and no more than 120 months.
(2)11. Grand Theft Auto
The theft of any vehicle, no matter the value.
The illegal entering of any parked vehicle's driver seat.
* This charge can not be added in addition to any form of Trespassing or Burglary.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 30 months and no more than 120 months.
(2)12. Grand Theft Of A Firearm
The theft of any firearm, no matter the value or whether it is legally registered.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months and no more than 120 months.
(2)13. Receiving Stolen Property
Knowingly purchasing or accepting any property that has been stolen or that has been obtained in any manner constituting theft of extortion.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 25 months and no more than 45 months.
(2)14. Extortion
Intimidating or influencing another to provide properties or services.
Utilizing a power or authority with demonstrated malice aforethought in order to force action by another.
Utilizing privileged information to intimidate another with the intent to receive certain services or property.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months and no more than 300 months.
(2)15. Forgery
Knowingly altering, creating or using a physical (or digital) document with the intent to defraud or deceive.
Knowingly signing a document (physical or digital) on behalf of an individual or authority without their appropriate consent.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 30 months and no more than 60 months.
(2)16. Fraud
Intentionally misrepresenting a matter of fact (whether by words or conduct) with the intent to deceive another so that such other will act upon it to their own disadvantage.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months and no more than 150 months.
(2)17. Vandalism
Defacing, damaging or destroying property with belongs to another.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 10 months and no more than 25 months.
(3)01. Lewd Or Dissolute Conduct In Public
Soliciting anyone to engage in inappropriate sexual or sexually suggestive conduct in any public place or in any place open to the public or exposed to public view.

Offering payment, goods, services or other items of value to an individual in exchange for sexual acts.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months and no more than 120 months.
(3)05. Pandering / Pimping
Soliciting or advertising, aiding or providing transport or supervises persons involved in prostitution and retains some or all of the money earned.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 90 months and no more than 180 months.
(3)06. Sexual Assault
Committing verbal abuse for the purpose of sexual arousal, gratification, or abuse.
Threatening imminent harm or nonconsensual sexual contact or putting another under the belief of imminent harm or nonconsensual sexual contact.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 25 months and no more than 45 months.
(3)07. Sexual Battery
Committing unwanted touching or sexual contact
Causing battery or similar aggressive physical contact for the purpose of sexual arousal, gratification, or abuse.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months and no more than 120 months.
(3)08. Rape
Forcing another to engage in sexual intercourse.
Performing non consensual sexual intercourse with another.
Performing sexual intercourse with another who is incapacitated, disabled, or unable to give consent
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 360 months and no more than 720 months.
(3)09. Statutory Rape
Engaging in mututally-interested sexual intercourse with another who is under the age of 18 and therefor cannot give legal consent.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 300 months and no more than 360 months.
(3)10. Stalking
Intentionally and maliciously following or harassing another person who has made it known that they do not consent to such following or harassment
To violate an official restraining order issued by a court.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 160 months and no more than 210 months.
(4)01. Bribery
Offering or giving a monetary gift, gratuity, valuable goods, or other reward to a public official, government employee, or peace officer in an attempt to influence their duties or actions.
Giving services or nonmaterial, but valuable actions to a public official, government employee, or peace officer in an attempt to influence their duties or actions.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 180 months and no more than 240 months.
(4)02. Failure To Pay A Fine
Failing to pay a fine or court-ordered fee within a clearly stated time period.
- Punishable by imprisonment of 15 months.
(4)03. Contempt Of Court
Wilfully disobeying the verbal or written order of a court authority..
Disrespecting the decorum of the court, or otherwise infringing upon due process.
* Can only be issued by a Judge or agent of a court.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 15 months and no more than 240 months.
(4)04. Subpoena Violation
Ignoring or violating a subpoena order issued by the Courts.
- Punishable by imprisonment of 30 months.
(4)05. Dissuading A Witness Or Victim
Knowingly and maliciously preventing or encouraging any witness or victim from attending or giving testimony at any trial, proceeding, or inquiry authorized by law with the use of bribery, fear, or other tactics.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 210 months and no more than 300 months.
(4)06. Providing False Information To A Government Employee
To provide false information or details to a peace officer during the course of a criminal investigation or lawful detainment.
To provide false information or details to a government employee during the course of an investigation.
To provide false information or details to a member of the Senate of the State of San Andreas during the course of an investigation or hearing.
To provide false information or details against another person(s) in a police report or other legal document
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 35 months and no more than 45 months.
(4)07. Filing A False Complaint
Knowingly filing a false complaint, statement, document, or representation with any organization regarding the conduct, job performance, or behavior of a public official or employee for the purpose of initiating false administrative action against that official.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 25 months and no more than 120 months.
(4)08. Perjury
Knowingly providing false information while under oath in a court of law.
Knowingly providing false information as part of an affidavit, testimony, court-ordered deposition, or document with a statement signifying its authenticity under penalty of perjury.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 90 months and no more than 120 months.
(4)09. Failure To Identify To A Peace Officer
Failing to provide a peace officer or other legal authority your name as it appears on an I.D. card or other identifiable information for MDC purposes, while being detained or under arrest by a peace officer.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 10 months and no more than 15 months.
(4)10. Impersonation Of A Government Employee
Pretending or implying the role of a government worker, such as a peace officer, paramedic, tax collector, federal investigator, or other official.
Wearing an official or realistic government employee uniform with an official or realistic badge or identification tag except on an official, legally sanctioned movie or production set.
Claiming to be a government worker in order to deceive or take advantage of another individual or organization.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 75 months and no more than 95 months.
(4)11. Obstruction Of A Government Employee
Showing a clear and motivated attempt to prevent a government employee from conducting their duties.ending or implying the role of a government worker, such as a peace officer, paramedic, tax collector, federal investigator, or other official.
Failing to comply with an officer's lawful orders.
After being issued a ticket, citation, or infraction, continues to violate such law and ignore an officer’s orders.
Entering a crime scene after being told to stop and turn away by a Peace Officer.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 20 months and no more than 30 months.
(4)12. Resisting A Peace Officer
Avoiding apprehension from an officer by non-vehicular means or resists apprehension by any physical means.
* This charge does not include the attempt to flee and evade by vehicular means, which is (8)02. Evading a Peace Officer.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 25 months and no more than 45 months.
(4)13. Escape From Custody
Having been physically detained by use of restraints or physical force by a peace officer, to escape from said Peace Officer’s personal custody, resulting in a warrant or APB being needed to apprehend the suspect.
- Punishable by imprisonment of 100 months.
(4)14. Escape
Having been arrested, booked, charged, or convicted of any crime and to thereafter escape from a county or city jail, prison, community service, or custody of a Correctional or Parole Officer.
- Punishable by imprisonment of 240 months.
(4)15. Prisoner Breakout
Directly aiding or assisting an inmate with escaping from the law, including the lawful custody of a peace officer, prisoner transport, parole, community service, or incarceration in a county jail or state prison.
Providing information or insights that subsequently assist an inmate with escaping from the law.
- Punishable by imprisonment of 180 months.
(4)16. Human Trafficking
Intentionally smuggling non-citizens into the state without proper visas and authorization.
Intentionally restricting another’s liberty with intent for forced labor or sex trafficking, or other forced activities.
* This charge does not stack with (1)10. Kidnapping.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 300 months and no more than 360 months.
(4)17. Misuse Of A Government Hotline
Using an emergency government hotline for any purpose other than an emergency situation which involves a life-or-death request for assistance or other purposes dictated by the hotline managers.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 10 months and no more than 20 months.
(4)18. Tampering With Evidence
To destroy or attempt to destroy, conceal, or alter any evidence that can later potentially be used in a criminal investigation or court proceeding.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 120 months and no more than 180 months.
(4)19. Introduction Of Contraband
Providing contraband to an inmate of a correctional facility, or attempts to enter a facility with the intent to illegally transport contraband within it.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 100 months and no more than 150 months.
(4)20. Violation Of Parole Or Probation
Wilfully violating the terms of a probation or parole agreement.
- Punishable by imprisonment 180 months in addition to the inmate's current sentence.
(4)21. Voter Fraud / Voter Pandering
To dissuade or influence official voting outcomes through illicit, illegal, or unethical manners.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months and no more than 120 months.
(4)22. Corruption Of Public Duty
For a government employee to act outside the interests of the public good or public justice.
For a government employee to demonstrate criminal negligence in their duties, or to be convicted by the Department of Justice for committing a felony while on duty.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 240 months and no more than 300 months.
(4)23. Corruption Of Public Office
Acting outside the interests of the public good, public justice, or duties of those in public office.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 300 months and no more than 360 months.
(4)24. Contempt Of Senate
Wilfully disobeying the verbal or written order of the Senate, disrespecting the decorum of the Senate, or otherwise infringing upon any senate process.
* This charge can only be issued by a State Senator or Judge.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 15 months and no more than 240 months.
(5)01. Disturbing The Peace
Creating a dangerous or intimidating situation in a public place or in the public area of private property.
Attempting to provoke, incite, or promote harm to another person through gestures, language, claims, actions, or other methods.
The use of profanity, language, voice, or noise that reasonably disturbs nearby civilians or intends to incite violence.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 15 months and no more than 25 months.
(5)02. Unlawful Assembly
Refusal to leave public property after being ordered to do so by its state agency property manager or a peace officer.
Refusal to leave the scene of a crime or other area after being ordered to so whose presence could hinder police operations.
Failing to protest or demonstrate peacefully in a designated “free speech zone” or without proper permits or authorization from the city.
Refusal to leave private property when invited to access after being instructed to do so by the property owner or manager.
* This charge cannot stack with Trespassing of any kind
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 20 months and no more than 35 months.
(5)03. Incitement To Riot
Performing actions to deliberately agitate or with intent to agitate a crowd or large group of people organized or located peacefully in a public or private area in order to promote acts of violence or civil unrest.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 120 months and no more than 150 months.
(5)04. Vigilantism
Attempting to effect justice according to their own understanding of right and wrong, or an unauthorized person attempts to enforce the law. A citizen's arrest may only be effected when a civilian, out of fear for their own safety or the safety of their close friends or relatives, subdues or detains another who is violating the law.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 90 months and no more than 120 months.
(5)05. Terrorism
Using systematic threats or actions against the public good to cause fear and intimidation at a grand scale.
Committing an attack or threatening an attack on a major public or private facility, such as an office complex, stadium, public transportation system, bridge, or other such structure.
* This charge can only be issued at the order of the Governor or Chief Justice.
- Punishable by imprisonment of 900 months.
(6)01. Possession Of A Controlled Substance
Possessing any controlled substance, except when the substance has been lawfully prescribed to them by a licensed practitioner of medicine or is legally available without a prescription.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 12 months and no more than 20 months.
(6)02. Possession Of A Controlled Substance With Intent To Sell
Possessing a controlled substance or multiple controlled substances in an amount of over one ounce (28 grams).
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 30 months and no more than 600 months.
(6)03. Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia
Willingly possessing a device or mechanism used exclusively for the processing or consumption of an illegal controlled substance.
- Punishable by fine of $1500.00.
(6)04. Maintaining A Place For The Purpose Of Distribution
Opening or maintaining any property for the purpose of unlawfully selling, giving away, storing, or using any controlled substance, firearm, or other illicit device, good, or service.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 45 months and no more than 60 months.
(6)05. Manufacture Of A Controlled Substance
Except as otherwise provided by law, manufacturing compounds, converts, produces, or prepares, either directly or indirectly by chemical or natural extraction, any illegal substance.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 120 months and no more than 180 months.
(6)06. Sale Of A Controlled Substance
Selling, or offering to sell, a controlled substance to another person, regardless of whether or not they possess that controlled substance.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 90 months and no more than 120 months.
(6)07. Possession Of An Open Container
Possessing a visible and open container of alcohol in a public place or in a motor vehicle.
- Punishable by fine of $1000.00.
(6)08. Public Intoxication
To be found in any public place under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 10 months and no more than 25 months.
(6)09. Under The Influence Of A Controlled Substance
To use or is be under the influence of a controlled substance or dangerous substance without the proper permits or prescription to use such a substance.
* A person can only be charged with this statute for consumption of marijuana if they commit other crimes under the influence of marijuana, or if they are found to be under the influence of marijuana in public, or both.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 25 months and no more than 35 months.
(6)10. Facial Obstruction While Committing A Crime
Wearing any mask, hood, or facial obstruction while committing a crime, regardless of the purpose of the obstruction
- Punishable by imprisonment of 10 months.
(7)01. Animal Abuse / Cruelty
Either intentionally or via neglect to cause the maiming, mutilating, torturing, wounding, or killing a living animal.
Owning a pet or animal that is not reasonably considered domesticated, safe, or healthy for the animal or the owner, without a proper permit.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 80 months and no more than 150 months.
(7)02. Child Abuse
Wilfully inflicting any cruel, excessive, or inhuman corporal punishment upon a child under 18 years of age.
Wilfully inflicting an injury to a child under 18 years of age, resulting in traumatic harm.
Causing traumatic injury to a child under 18 years of age due to their negligence.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 360 months and no more than 720 months.
(7)03. Sale Of Alcohol To A Minor
Wilfully and knowingly sells alcohol to a minor under the age of 21.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 25 months and no more than 35 months.
(7)04. Minor Alcohol Violation
A minor under the age of 21 who is in possession of alcohol for consumption, products for consumption containing alcohol, or appears to be under the influence of alcohol.
- Punishable by fine of $1500.00.
(8)01. Driving With A Suspended License
Operating a vehicle, whether on land, sea, or in air, while having a suspended license or authorization.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 20 months and no more than 25 months.
(8)02. Evading A Peace Officer
Operating or being in a vehicle on land, or while operating a bicycle, wilfully fleeing or otherwise attempting to evade or avoid a pursuing peace officer who communicates visually or audibly their request to pull over or stop.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months and no more than 120 months, and suspension of driver's license.
(8)03. Evading A Peace Officer -- High Performance Vehicle
Operating or being in a high performance vehicle on land, wilfully fleeing or otherwise attempting to evade or avoid a pursuing peace officer who communicates visually or audibly their request to pull over or stop.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 120 months and no more than 240 months, and revocation of driver's license.
(8)04. Evading A Peace Officer -- Oversized Vehicle
Operating or being in an oversized vehicle on land, wilfully fleeing or otherwise attempting to evade or avoid a pursuing peace officer who communicates visually or audibly their request to pull over or stop.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 120 months and no more than 240 months, and revocation of driver's license.
(8)05. Evading A Peace Officer -- Naval Vessel
Operating or being in a naval vessel, wilfully fleeing or otherwise attempting to evade or avoid a pursuing peace officer who communicates visually or audibly their request to pull over or stop.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months and no more than 120 months.
(8)06. Evading A Peace Officer -- Aircraft
Operating or being in an aircraft, wilfully fleeing or otherwise attempting to evade or avoid a pursuing peace officer who communicates visually or audibly their request to pull over or stop.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 120 months and no more than 240 months.
(8)07. Flying Without A Pilot's License
Operating an aircraft without a proper license or authorization.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 25 months and no more than 35 months.
(8)08. Hit And Run
Hitting another person or occupied vehicle and leaving the scene of the accident.
Being involved in the accident who after being requested by another party involved in the accident fails to disclose their name, provide their license for observation for the purpose of identifying such person, or provides false and misleading information.
- Punishable by imprisonment of 180 months.
(8)09. Reckless Operation Of An Aircraft
Demonstrating carelessness or a general disregard for the safety of themselves or others while operating an aircraft.
Performing stunts or dangerous aeronautical manoeuvres while over populated areas or while dangerously close to other aircraft.
- Punishable by imprisonment of 90 months.
(8)10. Reckless Operation Of An Off-Road Or Naval Vehicle
Demonstrating carelessness or a general disregard for the safety of themselves or others while operating a naval vehicle or vehicle intended for off-road travel.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 35 months and no more than 45 months.
(8)11. Failure To Adhere To ATC Protocols
Failing to respond to identification requests from nearby aircraft or Air Traffic Control.
- Punishable by imprisonment of 180 months.
(9)01. Possession Of A Prohibited Weapon
To possess any prohibited weapon that is illegal in possession or not considered part of any legal weapon type.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 15 months and no more than 30 months.
(9)02. Possession Of A Prohibited Weapon
Carrying a legal, but unlicensed weapon on their person, in their vehicle, place of business, or other facility without proper permit.
Knowingly and willingly allowing another person to carry a weapon on their person, in their vehicle, place of business, or other facility without proper permits
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 30 months and no more than 45 months.
(9)03. Possession Of An Illegal Firearm
Possessing any firearm that is illegal in possession or not considered part of any legal weapon type.
Possessing any firearm that contains illegal modifications in its design including, but not limited to, fully automatic firearms, magazine extensions, and silencers.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 120 months and no more than 180 months.
(9)04. Possession Of An Assault Weapon
Possessing an illegal firearm which uses high-velocity, high-caliber, or specialized ammunition including, but not limited to, FMJ ammunition or HEIAP bullets.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 180 months and no more than 240 months.
(9)05. Unlicensed Distribution Of A Weapon
Participating in the illegal distribution of any weapon defined under Title 9 without proper permits or authorization.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 240 months and no more than 360 months.
(9)06. Possession Of An Explosive Device
Possessing any manufactured or improvised device or equipment which is made from explosive and/or highly flammable liquid, gas or solid materials.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 240 months and no more than 360 months.
(9)07. Manufacture or Possession of an Improvised Device
Except as otherwise provided by law, A civilian who manufactures, assembles, disassembles, or possesses parts of any dangerous weapon, explosive, trap, firearm, blade or other destructive device that does not apply or is appropriate to any other penal code entries.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 180 months and no more than 240 months.
(9)08. Possession of Weaponry With Intent To Sell
Being in possession of more than 5 full weapons or weapon components in any combination or amount with the intent to distribute, deliver, or sell.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 300 months and no more than 360 months.
(9)09. Possession of Weaponry With Intent To Sell
Being in possession of more than 3 explosive devices or explosive device materials in any combination with the intent to distribute, deliver, or sell.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 360 months and no more than 420 months.
(9)10. Brandishing A Firearm
Brandishing a firearm or object in a manner similar, air or gas operated weapon, or object that appears like a firearm without proper toy and prop identification in an attempt to elicit fear or hysteria.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 20 months and no more than 30 months.
(9)11. Weapons Discharge Violation
Discharging a firearm without due cause or justifiable motive regardless of registration status or legality.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 20 months and no more than 30 months.
(11)01. Speeding Violation
To exceed a speed otherwise expressed in law or clearly marked (permanent or temporary) by authority on any state, county or locally maintained road within the City of Los Santos or surrounding areas of San Andreas.
- Punishable by fine of $2500.00
(11)02. Failure To Abide To A Traffic Control Device
Failing to follow the instructions of any traffic control device, including by not limited to:
The failure to come to a COMPLETE stop at "Stop Points", noted as white or yellow lines at the edge of every intersection or with appropriate signage.
Crossing the double yellow lines when not transitioning to or from a parking lot of private driveway.
Ignoring clearly visible signage, whether permanent or temporary.
Failing to drive appropriately on the right with the flow of traffic, except in the cases of emergency routes or private paths.
- Punishable by fine of $3500.00 and a warning on the driver's license at the peace officer's discretion.
(11)03. Yield Violation
Driving a vehicle that fails to give right of way at an intersection that has other vehicles passing or waiting to turn in accordance to the road signage at said intersection.
Driving a vehicle that fails to give right of way at any time to pedestrian or cyclist traffic.
Driving a vehicle that is not in motion on a public road or parking lot and refusing to keep moving upon order of a peace officer.
Ignoring the lights and sirens of an emergency vehicle requiring clearance.
Failure to stop at a traffic light that is coming from his right side at an uncontrolled intersection.
- Punishable by fine of $3500.00 and a warning on the driver's license at the peace officer's discretion.
(11)04. Parking Violation
A vehicle not in motion with its' driver outside of the vehicle, in the following scenarios:
In a manner obstructing a lane of traffic and as such preventing the flow of traffic.
In a manner that completely obstructs an alleyway.
In a manner that completely obstructs a parking lot or private entrance.
Within a marked crosswalk.
In a manner obstructing more than two thirds of a sidewalk or other pedestrian way.
Facing opposing traffic,
In any bridge of tunnels unless in the case of an emergency.
On any highway or freeway unless in the case of an emergency.
On railroad tracks.
In the immediate vicinity of any government or emergency services structure (Police Precinct, Hospital, Clinic) in a way that may obstruct emergency service vehicles.
- Punishable by fine of $2500.00 and a warning on the driver's license at the peace officer's discretion.
(11)05. Reckless Driving
To demonstrate a lack of care or general disregard for the safety of oneself, or others, while operating a vehicle, such as (but not limited to):
Driving on an unpopulated sidewalk or pedestrian way.
Meandering between lanes erratically.
Demonstrating poor driving decisions or a lack of control of a vehicle.
* This charge can not be added in addition to (11)06. Vehicular Endangerment
- Punishable by fine of $3500.00 and a warning on the driver's license at the peace officer's discretion.
(11)06. Vehicular Endangerment
Demonstrating extreme carelessness while operating a vehicle, such as driving closely as to almost strike pedestrians or entering pedestrian ways.
Using a vehicle in any manner that is dangerous to pedestrians or passengers.
Any activity that would be considered (11)05. Reckless Driving, but takes place within close proximity to nearby people or in dense traffic.
* This charge can not be added in addition to (11)05. Reckless Driving.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 15 months and no more than 25 months.
(11)07. Vehicular Noise Violation
To operate a vehicle in a way that emits excessive noise, creating a public nuisance.
- Punishable by fine of $1000.00.
(11)08. Illegal Nitrous Oxide Possession
To operate a vehicle that contains, possesses or shows characteristics of nitrous oxide equipment use while not on an official speedway or race track.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 15 months and no more than 25 months.
(11)09. Illegal Usage of Hydraulics
To operate a vehicle's hydraulic equipment while in motion or on a public street, road or highway.
* Excluding vehicles that operate hydraulic equipment permitted exclusively for business purposes (such as a forklift in motion).
- Punishable by fine of $2500.00.
(11)10. Driving While Impaired (DWI)
Operating a vehicle or other heavy machinery while under the influence of alcohol but below the legal limit in a way that demonstrates an inability to safely operate said vehicle or heavy machinery.
Operating a vehicle or other heavy machinery while under the influence of awareness-altering drugs with a demonstrable inability to safely said vehicle or heavy machinery.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 15 months and no more than 60 months.
(11)11. Driving Under The Influence (DUI)
Operating a vehicle or other heavy machinery while under the influence of alcohol at or above the legal limit.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 60 months and no more than 100 months.
(11)12. Registration Violation
Driving vehicle on a state, county or local road without an official owner's registration of lease registration on file or in hand.
Operating a motor vehicle with a lack of valid license plates on any public motorway.
- Punishable by fine of $5000.00 and a warning on the driver's license at the peace officer's discretion.
(11)13. Unsafe Usage Of A Bicycle
Unsafe usage of a bicycle or other self-propelled vehicle that obstructs traffic, incites disorder, creates a hazard or demonstrates the potential for harm.
- Punishable by fine of $2500.
(11)14. Street Racing
Performing an unlicensed or unauthorized vehicle race, performance, or competition on city, county, or state property.
Performing a vehicle race on a hazardous private course.
Organizing, facilitating, or promoting a street race or other unlicensed or organized vehicle race or competition on city, county, or state property.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 20 months and no more than 35 months.
(11)15. Driving Without A Valid License
Operating a motor vehicle without carrying a valid driver's license.
Refusal to show or provide a driver's license to a peace officer while operating a motor vehicle.
Operating a motor vehicle without a valid, unexpired permit or license.
- Punishable by imprisonment of no less than 15 months and no more than 25 months. The peace officer may also issue a warning or fine up to $4000.00 instead, at their discretion.
(11)16. Jaywalking
Recklessly or intentionally crosses a road in a manner that creates a foreseeable risk of obstructing the flow of traffic, or otherwise creates a hazard to themselves and others.
- Punishable by fine of $1000.00 at the peace officer's discretion.
(11)17. Illegal Parking Of An Aircraft
Failure to follow correct flight protocols.
- Punishable by fine of $10000.00 at the peace officer's discretion.
(11)18. Tinted Windows
Windshield: Non-reflective tint must not exceed the top 4 inches of the windshield.
Front Side Windows: VLT% must allow 70% of light into the vehicle.
- Punishable by fine of $4000.00.
(11)19. Unlawful Transport Of Persons In A Cargo Area
Transporting any number of person(s) in or on the back of the vehicle, or in any area of the vehicle intended to transport cargo.
- Punishable by fine of $2500.00.
(11)20. Fire Hydrant Parking Restriction
To stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle within 15 feet of a fire hydrant except as follows:
The vehicle is attended by a licensed driver who is seated in the front seat and who can immediately move such vehicle if required.
The vehicle is owned or operated by the fire department and is clearly marked as a fire department vehicle.
- Punishable by fine of $5000 and impoundment of the vehicle.
(11)21. Operation Of ATVs Within City Limits
Operation of ATVs within city limits.
"All Terrain Vehicle" or "ATV" means any motorized vehicle designed to travel on 2 or 4 tires and having a seat to be straddled by the operator and handlebars for steering control (( Sanchez and Quad )). "All Terrain Vehicle" or "ATV" does not include vehicles matching these criteria used for military, fire, emergency or law-enforcement purposes.
"City limits" means the boundaries of a the metropolitan area of the City of Los Santos.
- Punishable by fine of $5000 and impoundment of the vehicle.
