(Outer Residential area of Los Santos City Limits)
Ordnance prohibits the operation of heavy machinery, and other Loud noise creating devices that may disturb the peace or cause civil unrest.
Classification - Citable Misdemeanor
First Offense - Warning
Second Offense - Citation with Court Summons (2000 Fine)
Third Offense - Cause for Arrest

COUNTY CURFEW | 12pm - 4am
(Out side of Los Santos City Limits)
Ordnance Limits residents from being out past certain time with out reason, this Ordnance dose not effect Drivers of Motor Vehicles but does warrant reason for stop of pedestrians and individuals not operating a motor vehicle.
Classification - Suspicious Activity
This Ordnance allows Deputies to stop and question pedestrians but does not allow Deputies to violate their rights and perform Illegal Search and Seizures.
