DSPSA Mission

The Doctoral Student Peer Support Association (DSPSA) is a student-led organization focused on the academic, social and professional well-being of doctoral students at the Warner School of Education and Human Development. DSPSA embraces and appreciates Warner’s diverse community, while also working to dismantle institutional and systemic barriers that may hinder all students from engaging with Warner professional, academic, and social programming.

• DSPSA offers members access to resources, workshops, activities, and events that support doctoral students during their program of study.

• DSPSA encourages members to share their expertise, goals, set-backs, and successes to support one another in achieving their full potential.

• DSPSA organizes opportunities for students to network across the Warner Community and the University of Rochester, broadly.

DSPSA's Ethic of Love:
