With the end of Quarter One of the DS Cup Series season, putting a cap onto the 2025 year, it brought up a new horizon for quarter two for many of the birds.
Across 6 Races (Three for each series, the Energizer Series and the Main Series) Spanning from October 22nd - November 28th. Each of the three tracks, although not new, brought a new challenge for the birds which shook things up in points compared to Q1 of last year.
In the Energizer Series Pink & Yellow as well as Blue & Grey have both been dominating, each winning, with the latter getting 2 race wins. The points are tight, with 11 Points separating the top 5. Independent wise Pink & Orange has been dominating their group, with top 10s in each race. Blue & Black won the LQFT Championship this fall, but has struggled through the first two races, before grabbing a top 10 in the snowy streets of Christmasville. Teammate to Blue & Grey, X2 Blue has had a rough start to the season, with two last place finishes, one resulting of a wreck, and is currently in a three way tie for last in the points standings after almost sneaking into the top ten last race.
In the Main Series there has been two different winners, with Red getting two wins in Oakville Speedway and Christmasville, and Blue getting a win in the season opener Tableau Gardens. Red has been the breakthrough bird this season and he currently leads the points race for the Main Series. No one new has necessarily been on the down low, but Light Green sits at the bottom. Independent wise, Mint Chocolate Chip has been doing well.

On October 29th, the first Halloween race was held, which consisted of the top independent teams, which was held at Grafton Fairgrounds. Purple & Red was able to get the win on the unique track surface, being dry grass and hay.
Weather wise, it has been a wet one. The Season openers for both series at Tableau Gardens were dry, but Oakville left us with damp track conditions, and Christmasville of course being packed down snow, with a light fluffy layer on top which helped with grip.
The first ever theme night was held, that being Military Night, which was held on the Main Series's Race at Oakville Speedway on November 16th. Lots of Veterans showed showed up for a very exciting race!
Quarter two is expected to be a very entertaining one, with the close points race in both series and returning tracks, which are very different compared to the first three from Q1, which will shake up points.
