Created a Digication webpage to support students with finding and applying for internships
Collaborated with staff to validate Memorandums of Understanding via DocuSign.
Collaborated with the Burwell Career Center for Career Achievement to streamline the internship application process.
Communicated with risk management to put safeguards in place for students and internship site, including minor training, background checks, and offer letters.
Referred students to Student Outreach and Support services.
Reported concerns directly to Student Outreach and Support services.
Offered students ongoing support via check-ins.
Set up guidelines around respectful conversations.
Showed care and concerns for Israeli and Palestine students.
Attempted to contact and assist the student multiple times prior to program dismissal.
