As a Latina leader in the United States, I have been blessed with the education and skills I need to guide others in the Service of the Lord’s flock and at the same time represent the latino community in the professional mental health environment and psychoeducation. My goal is to create faith-based mental health programs for prevention, interventions, and awareness of mental illness among the Catholic Hispanic community in California led by Catholic mental health Professionals that practices Christian values. My scholarly goals include to publish my work done in the research for mental health scholar publications, periodic mental health publications, perform more research about the Hispanic Catholic Immigrants and their mental health issues, and to write a book about resielience.
